To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. I have the impression that all good reviews are either written by the owners themselves, or people have previously rested in some rooming houses like Botanika.

1. Numbers. The condition of the bed and towels is like that of homeless people - stained, and at the reception they told us with a smile that they did not see the problems and they were new. The normal condition of the linen was provided to us on the fifth attempt, from a separate room. At the same time, I had to fight. If you rested in 4 * hotels in Egypt, you will be shocked, this is 2 * maximum, in many hostels in Europe it is better! Fridge didn't work even though there was a safe.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired and on the very first day I had to swear that only wiping the floor was done from the cleaning, while the dollar left on the bed was taken, after which the maid was sent.

2. The dining room is not a restaurant!! ! Plates, cutlery and cups are dirty and stained. All the dishes are stained, it seems that they are not washed with detergent.
I had to sort through 6-10 plates to choose the best from the worst.

The choice of dishes is negligible, and the taste leaves nothing to be desired! I didn’t see it myself, but vacationers said that a week before our arrival, more than 10 people were poisoned with lettuce. Salads were often put out already sour. From meat, mainly soy products, which local cats did not want to eat.

3. WI-FI, which is free, is missing. If you want a connection, pay $2 per person per day.

4. The beach - it is not fenced, so everyone who wants to rest, very often gypsies came, uh. The guide warned us that there could be theft. The cleanliness of the beach leaves much to be desired. The sea is clean. Beer on the beach is paid. Beach towels for $1 for the whole period. This begs the question: “What kind of all inclusive is this? ”

5.
Every day I witnessed how 4-6 people stood at the registration desk and solved the problem of the lack of free rooms they paid for, which they promised to release the next day, while promising to settle in some other hotel for a day or in a bungalow on the beach. I do not advise buying from them, they are dead!

6. Staff - almost everyone speaks Russian. When problems arise, everyone smiles and does not solve anything, explaining that the circumstances have developed and everything is fine!

Of course, the matter is yours, but I highly do not recommend “resting” in this hotel, because you are going to rest, and not face problems and solve them yourself.
