Upon arrival, as expected, we were denied early check-in, although the hotel was practically empty!! ! The frostbitten administrator told me to wait until 9 am for some senior woman. We barely persuaded us for 50 euros to let us into some room, since we were very tired with a sleeping child in our arms after a difficult journey. The first impression of the hotel lobby is shocking - darkness, wild draft, everything is gloomy and uncomfortable. I thought that maybe at 4 am they just turned off all the lights. But on all subsequent days, the lighting in the hall was almost the same, some small 2-3 chandeliers with one 3 W lamp were burning. Although there is a large crystal chandelier from the ceiling, it is not turned on due to savings!! ! Then the shock only increased.
We got a room with a broken extra sofa, we asked for at least some extra. give me a mattress because the holes between the folding parts of the sofa were about 15 centimeters long. The room could not be called ready for occupancy. Dirty floors, walls, dirty mirrors, used toothpicks, napkins, etc. in the bedside tables. The bed didn’t seem the freshest to me either. By the way, it hasn’t been changed in all this time. And towels too. And the beach towels are real floor rags - tattered, dirty, they look about 100 years old, it’s not even clear what their original color was. They are just colorless, stinking rags that don't even wash. The beach is covered in cigarette butts, used disposable cups, stubs, bandages and other garbage. Doesn't get rid of the word at all. In all this time I have not found a single intact sunbed. All are broken. They don't worry about cleaning here at all. Room cleaning consists only of collecting garbage.
They asked to unlock the safe, but they did it only on the 4th day, and then with a scandal. The idea of using a high chair to feed the baby was abandoned immediately. It felt like these chairs were covered in dirt and grease and had never been washed. When asked to wash it, they sprayed it with antiseptic and smeared it with a dirty napkin. The food is disgusting and meager. Everything tastes bad. It’s just stupid that they carry out the same products in the 10th circle, which no longer have any taste or smell. There is generally nothing to feed the child here. Drinks - only beer and some simple cocktail can be offered near the pool. Wine is sour, juices are just like yuppie with water. Arrogant cats simply attack tourists, literally snatching food from a fork, climbing on tables and things. I'm an animal lover, but cats here are just annoying vacationers. The coffee in the cafeteria is disgusting. The bar makes more or less normal coffee.
In the evening there was some strange music, intended only for Russian tourists. For this, the hotel has another big minus.
Definitely not recommended and very disappointed with the hotel. Kemer itself is the cleanest sea and mountains, but choose other hotels so as not to spoil your vacation.

I really liked the hotel. Delicious food, beautiful rooms, cleaning of rooms every day, change of linen and towels often. Sauna and hammam are free, in the evenings it is good to have fun with billiards and tennis. The staff is attentive, all requests are fulfilled. We will come again.

Rested with a friend in Kemer. I really liked the hotel. Polite staff, excellent food, the room was cleaned every day. I especially liked the spa. A friend tried all the treatments and massages. Was very satisfied. I went for a classic full body massage. It was done by a young boy, but I have never had such a good massage in my life.

I really liked the hotel. We chose a tour based on photographs, I was afraid to make a mistake in my choice. Everything about the hotel is perfect considering the price of the tour. I would also like to thank the massage therapists Zhdan and Asad from the SPA for their professionalism and sleight of hand.
