It was not the first time they rested in Turkey, there was an opportunity to compare. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, small, but there was enough space. Of the shortcomings, there are very few sun loungers near the pool, and the pool itself is small. The room got on the ground floor, we were upset at first, but it turned out that this is the best option. Subsequently, they tried to relocate us, ended in a scandal with the hotel manager (loud, shouted at vacationers, threatened the police, said that there was a tourist with a coronovirus in the next room) and all so that we moved to another room. This incident upset us a little, but we did not move.
The room was cleaned daily, except for the day of the scandal with the manager, we had no complaints about cleaning, they put soap, gels, clean towels, even twisted the swans twice. There were shortcomings in the room in the form of a backlight that did not turn off, but they showed us the shield and we cut it down for the night. The kitchen was very pleasing in the mornings and evenings, all sorts of goodies were fried on the grill, in principle, the food was enough and quite varied. Soups suck and at 17 o'clock the declared afternoon snack was practically absent (a couple of plates with dry cookies).
The beach is magnificent, clean water, small pebbles. And very hospitable and friendly staff: the bartender Gazim is such a nice person, the animator Memo is very cool, the massage therapist Jean is a professional, smart, separate respect to Farid, a representative of the fur and leather store, sympathetic, kind, attentive, the kitchen staff are great, very pleasant. Staff 10 points.
