My wife and I were in this hotel from August 11 to August 18.2019. I'll start with arrival! We arrived in Antalya at about 6.30. We were at the hotel around 8.30-9.00. We checked in at the reception, received bracelets, changed in Nurik's hammam and went to the sea. I don’t know, fortunately or unfortunately (to each his own in life), but the heat was such that even the locals complained!! ! 32-35 in the shade (this is at 9 am), in the afternoon it naturally reached 40-42. Personally, I do not tolerate heat well, and for me it was not comfortable! Sea! The sea is just great! Clean, calm, warm, salty))) Entry into the sea for "extremals" on the rocks, for the "intelligentsia" special gangways were made, which, by the way, are very convenient for entering the sea. BUT, these gangways have one minus! Just before entering the sea, not very smart mothers bathe their children, as in a bath. Sometimes it was simply impossible to get in and out of these teeming children's hands and feet! Anyway!
Further! Settlement! We arrived at the reception at 11:00. It turned out that the room was already waiting for us! We decided to first see where we will live! As people wrote here, we were taken to some kind of dungeon, almost with a window on the wall of a neighboring hotel ((((Of course, we were shocked. Naturally, we flatly refused the prospect of a spoiled vacation! girl Aidan, with a smile on her face, offered us a nice room with a view of the mountains and the sea for an additional fee of $ 60! After some deliberation, we agreed! Let's go look! Main building, 4th floor, room 1402! that knowingly paid 60 bucks! The room is spacious, a double huge bed, a bathroom with a bathtub (there was almost no mold), a LCD TV, a safe (paid $ 12 for the entire stay), refrigerator, air conditioning, loggia. . .
When they came to look at the room, they were already finishing cleaning! On the table was a bag of fruit and a bottle of wine as a bonus from the hotel! We left to register, and when we returned, the bonus was gone. Apparently the cleaners thought they needed it more than we did!! ! Kosyachook for $60! We ate this too! We are not greedy and not proud people! We left our things and went to the sea along the way, having examined the territory !! ! Nurik!! ! This is in my opinion the most positive person in the hotel!! ! He welcomes everyone and never, no one is rude!! ! Hello "ensign" Nurik from the general, if you are reading these reviews! Newcomers Nurik always offers to show his boors. Hamam is paid, but in the first 3 days Nurik offers good discounts! More on the price list! By the way, we didn’t get into the hammam (((((Somehow it didn’t grow together!

RESTAURANT! Breakfast lunch dinner! EVERYTHING IS VERY EDIBLE AND VARIOUS!! ! If someone writes that the food is not tasty and monotonous, do not believe it! This is written by those who collect a full table of food and, without eating even half of what they have collected, leaves mountains of garbage, bits, spoons and forks on the floor on the tables and around them. I was simply amazed by the starving people who created queues even before the opening of the restaurant, and then by those who went to their rooms with full plates of fruit. Who doesn't let you eat it all AT THE TABLE!! ! What kind of people? ((((We got there just during the celebration of Eid al-Adha! For dinner, we were offered various lamb dishes and a lot of all kinds of yummy))) The territory is clean! The pools are clean! There is an a la carte restaurant! Paid! in the form of bananas, jet skis, parasailing, boat trips. . .
Yes, I would also like to note that you need to take a place on the beach under awnings at 6-7 hours (before breakfast), otherwise you simply won’t find a place under the awning! The same goes for the pool! People were different on the beach! Some, leaving, took their towels and offered their sun loungers to other vacationers, but for the most part, they simply left leaving their towels on the sunbeds! As the saying goes - "NOT YOURSELF, NOR PEOPLE! " The pools were closed for swimming at 7-8 o'clock and all night. We didn't like it a bit because sometimes we wanted to swim in the pool at night!
GUIDES! The next day after arrival there was a meeting with the guide from Tez Tour Aslan! At a meeting with newcomers, Aslan behaved, to put it mildly, not quite the way a representative of a large travel company should behave! First, he told us that it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy tours and excursions on the street, showing terrible videos of the fight filmed by him on the gadget, then he focused on his beloved, saying that WE ARE GUESTS and you need to behave appropriately. Well, etc. , etc. Standing in front of people at a meeting, he constantly fiddled with his dignity (maybe it hurts, or maybe just a bad habit). Of course, we fell for his divorce and overpaid almost 2 times for 2 excursions ((((But that's not all! He suggested that those who wished to go to an INEXPENSIVE leather store and jewelry with which they (who they were we did not understand - OH and Co According to Aslanchik, we also fell for this FREE trip! BUT we immediately told him that WE DO NOT NEED LEATHER AND GOLD! WE NEED A SHOPPING CENTER!
In short, they put us in a minibus and took us to Alanya! SKIN first! At the entrance to the store, NATASHA met us and immediately warned that no one would bargain with you below 380 bucks for a jacket !!!! ! To which we asked her - WHERE IS THE EXIT FROM YOUR "CHEAP" store !! ! At the exit, we were again met by representatives of the jewelry store and asked WHY we didn’t buy anything in leather, to which we answered - If you have the same prices as in the previous store, then we immediately go to the exit. In short, it did! They took us to the mall! Time for shopping (!!! ) 1.5 hours! The Turkish driver who brought us and SHOULD TAKE TO THE HOTEL (not bel mez in Russian) gives us pieces of paper on which the bus number is written and the departure time is 18.00! He points with his finger where he will pick us up and leaves! From that moment began our adventure presented by the miracle guide Aslanchik!!!

At 17.50 we go to the collection point in an organized manner, but there is no bus! There is no it not at 18, nor at 18.30, nor at 19.00. The heat is 40 degrees, we take turns running around the parking lot and looking for a Volkswagen minibus with the number 669! Not found! We turned to the guys who, on the radio station, call buses for other tourists! They request a dispatcher on the radio, who says that there is no such bus in the parking lot. What should I do? ! Business for the night! The hotel is about 60 km away! When asked how to get to the hotel, they tell us - "ONLY TAXI! " Let's go to the taxi drivers! 65 bucks! I'm starting to trade! Don't fall! Finally, adding a holiday and discounts, as well as the fact that there is no more than 40 bucks and outlining the situation with the transfer, one person agrees to 40 Amerrubles and the three of us are going to Beldibi!
When we arrived Aslanchik was gone. In the morning I described the situation to him, for which he recommended me to write a complaint to Tez Tour (BUGAGAAAAA) Funny guy! the fault of the guide is simply an abyss of obscurity. And this person told us about the security that he GUARANTEE us ONLY IF WE buy tours and trips ONLY THROUGH HIM!!!!! ! So, dear readers, do not fall for the tricks of these swindlers in yellow shirts from TEZ TOUR in the lobby of the Belpinar Hotel! Yes, and it makes no sense to go 60 km to Antalya if there are a lot of shops and shops with clothes and shoes near the hotel! Prices are slightly higher than store prices, but you can bargain! The store has a fixed price!
This adventure left a small negative in relation to the Tez Tour guide, but not in relation to the hotel in which he trades! Were on an excursion to Demra Mira Kekova (Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker). AMAZING EXCURSION! GREAT GUIDE (Bulgarian Turk)!!! ! We strongly recommend! Were at the FISHING PICNIC! Well, I didn't like it very much! Razvodilovo! Like a river trout, in a cage that needs to be caught - RIVER)))) Well, I neighed when they prepared it for us! The meat was snow-white, like a crucian!! ! This is a farmed fish! We were told that this is a river! WILD! During our stay at the hotel, our refrigerator broke down once and the condo broke down once! Done quickly! Without excuses!
Probably I tired YOU with my review, and therefore let's summarize! The hotel is the best in this area! I would give it not 4 stars, but 4+! We liked everything! And service and food, and animation, and the sea, and pools and staff (the family has its black sheep). RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND!!! ! RECOMMENDED to those who are not full of ambition!
