Then problems began, they gave a room without a third bed, this has never happened in other hotels, they came, there was always a cot in the room, but here I had to beg, my husband went to the reception 3 times, the first time he was told that there were no cots yet, you have enough space. Then they brought a cot, but it was impossible to sleep on it, the springs were so pressed through that it felt like you were lying on stones, once again, after two visits to the reception, they finally brought us a more normal cot. We got the room in the 1st building, the room is old, the doors are terrible, the water in the sink does not run away. Then our door handle broke, they replaced it, but the next day we could not leave the room. Again I had to call the reception, and only after the second time they came and changed the handle completely.
Now about the pools. You can still swim in the pool opposite the dining room, but I don’t advise you to swim in the pool between the buildings. The filtration and chlorination system does not work in that pool. At the bottom of the pool you can see false nails, mucus, paper. And the water in the pool is cloudy. Once I got up early and saw a hotel worker pouring bleach into the pool from a bucket.
