(who will go bring her Russian chocolate)) she loves it so much and misses it))) the rooms are clean, I clean every day, the hair dryer, the air conditioner worked, no complaints! safe, towels, water, refrigerator in the room - free of charge! and most importantly!!! ! attention - this hotel is combined with 5 * KAPLAN, and all the entertainment (animation, water slides, cakes, etc. we had on the territory of 5 *. I perceived our hotel Festival as a sleeping area, just when I wanted silence (for those with kids plus) I didn’t go to Kaplan, but sat with Beilis (local spill) in the pool bar))) the bar is hosted by a very cheerful and melodious (always sings when he doesn’t understand Russian) bartender Yusuf)) I can say one thing about food, of course we didn’t eat veal and lamb, chicken, turkey and fish, but we always left full. my child is picky about food and then he found a daily menu for himself and ate up)) the waiters boys are always smiling, even in Russian and not very much)) as for the beach, you have to go to it, but through the pleasant sea-pine-mountain air 6 minutes is nonsense, for the lazy there is a free shuttle service, again from Kaplan 5 *. all services 5))) beach towels are free to change at will every day. throughout the territory there are water coolers and vending machines with tea, coffee, cola and sprite for children also flow like a river))) In general, I liked the rest very much, I highly recommend it at least this year !! !
