We often travel to different hotels, but I rarely write reviews, so this is a rare case!

After reading all the reviews, we decided to go to this hotel anyway, since for $900 for two at the end of September, it was practically the only hotel on the beach!

And overall, this is the main advantage of this hotel: the proximity to the sea and the wonderful water! ! (The passage is cleared of rocks).
Although the beach is very small and there are very few sun loungers, there is a working barge nearby where you can order large fried shrimp for $10 (12 pieces). They are very tasty, we had them twice.

Another plus is my special mention to the massage therapist, Mustafa – a true professional! A truly amazing massage, book one, you won't regret it!
The guys in the kitchen try very hard, clean, and smile, even though it's not easy to please everyone and work in such terrible conditions!

The receptionists also tried to do something when we asked...But I guess that's all on the plus side!

The hotel owner has truly abandoned management, but the animals are very respected and cared for at this hotel! The same can't be said for the hotel and the people in general!
The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors were more or less acceptable, but something broke every day, either for us or for the people who came to complain!
On the first floors, the sewage was often leaking, and the corresponding smell was spreading throughout the entire exterior of the hotel! We even had leaks up to the 4th floor, and I don't even want to imagine what it was like on the lower floors! Some new guests even refused to check in and would sit and sleep in the lobby to get a slightly better room!

Eventually, the elevator broke down, and it didn't work for the three days before we left.
It was difficult for older guests to get up to the restaurant, which is hardly a restaurant. It was like an outdoor cafe with flies that weren't being controlled at all.
We're not picky eaters, and we can always find something to eat, but these flies were just too much!
There's very little animation, but the animator himself tried, worked hard, invited people, but it's hard to work when the invited performances are only one-time!
And the icing on the cake is the cleaning staff stealing! We read about it, heard complaints from people, we tried to hide everything, but still, we didn't notice, and upon arrival, we discovered that the new baton shoes were missing!!
And they took the dollar left behind and didn't clean anything at all, except replace the trash! So try to buy everything new on the last day and lock your suitcase! (It's a shame we didn't do this right away. )
And if you're planning to relax with local alcohol during the all-inclusive stay, we don't recommend anything other than beer. They water everything down at the bar, making it into compote. )

Another plus, I must say, is the beautiful mountain views from the sea and from the inland balconies, as well as the proximity to shops and the bus stop to Kemer and Antalya.

And opposite, there's an excellent tour desk where you can arrange great excursions with discounts! There's also a wonderful shop selling silver jewelry, the owner of which is very friendly and offers real discounts (we thoroughly enjoyed the items, the prices, and the conversation here! ).

In conclusion, thanks to this hotel for all the positive aspects, but we can hardly give it a four-star rating and can't recommend it to anyone, unless it's for a completely different price!
