We arrived at the hotel at about 23:00 - we were greeted by darkness and gloom (Going to the reception (if you can call it that) - I had a shock. It felt like we were in a hospital... the walls of the USSR times were painted blue, the light bulbs were not working... sofas worn to holes. We had the first shock from what we saw...
They gave me a room on the ground floor (of course. . . where they write damp and sad. . . don't flatter yourself, higher numbers are not better). The room is like a room in a hospital! Beige cracked walls. . . wallpapered mattresses. . . and CARPETS on the floor worn out! Imagine carpets on the floor in a dirty-dirty hotel. . . and sometimes they are simply swept away! There is no question of any wet cleaning. After the guests, the maximum garbage that can be seen will be removed. Walking barefoot is simply unrealistic and disgusting. Somehow we spent the night in the room. The next day they moved higher - the only difference is TV and high ceilings - otherwise the same dirty mattresses, carpets on the floor and wretchedness!
Dining room - the plates are all beaten so much that you can cut yourself. I'm not exaggerating!! ! Especially for soup - live 10%! Guests pour their own food. Haven't heard of covid hotel! (And very in vain). The waiters walk around in what is comfortable - some in shirts, and some in shorts and a greasy T-shirt! They have a job - to clean the plates, wipe the tables. Somehow they manage. From food - I don’t even know what to say... won’t you be hungry? You will! Zucchini, blue ones, rice, greens. From vegetables watermelon!! ! Fish NO. Meat - soy cutlets, chicken giblets, chicken for dinner every few days.
Bar - I don't know, we didn't drink. Americano is disgusting. The children drank chocolate. All drinks in cups - plastic, cardboard. Forks, knives - in one heap lie. I do not mind . . it used to be like this and no one complained. But trust me, you don't need it! When there is complete unsanitary conditions around... we are now sitting at home with positive tests !! ! First time getting sick!
Beach!! ! This is a different story. My husband (not picky at all) just refused to swim!! ! There are more cigarette butts, bottles and garbage on the beach than stones! Again, I'm not exaggerating. On the first day we took hotel towels, the owner of the hammam ran after us and demanded a deposit! ! Whether for $ 20 apiece, or for everything, I did not understand. But, the towels are so smelly that it’s not even pleasant to take them in your hands! As a result, we bought our own towels, because it is unrealistic to use them!
The water, by the way, is hot in the hotel after dinner. Those if you are used to washing in the morning - then be so kind as to temper yourself (((
The territory is so rusty, broken, dirty and wretched (((The sign of the hotel speaks for itself. Never, never buy a tour here! There were many people like us who were shocked!
Our tour was for 9 days! 4 of which we fought for resettlement. For 3 days, the guide forced us to write us options for hotels, and he calculated them for us, and the surcharge was always about 400-500 euros! And so everyone. But for 500 euros, if I flew from home - I would be in a great 5k! The guide was smart and said that he had no right to select a hotel for us with a minimum surcharge. All this lasted 3 days... we almost reconciled ourselves, went to Kemer, went to another beach... Until I suddenly looked around and found ANYWHERE in the hotel a single sign about the declared 4 stars. I started asking the employees - but they DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY STARS THE HOTEL IS!!! ! The reception said 4, but they can not provide any confirmation. And the tour operator on the hotline can’t either, as it turned out. In total, we bombed the hotline, and the guide. Only one letter helped with all the photos of this hotel (star) in support of Anex tourists in Turkey! They answered me and wrote that the guide would contact us! I wrote and hurried every half hour! To answer me and resolve the issue of resettlement. For half a day we were moved to Larissa Beldibi WITHOUT PAYMENT. And I'll tell you that we met Larissa with tears of joy (I never would have thought) after the terrible damned Beldiana. I asked Anex to figure out where they send their tourists, but for some reason it seems to me that nothing will change... Dear tourists, if for some reason you also fall into this horror - fight! Don't stay there. In such conditions, people should not live for their own money!!!
PS at the first meeting with the guide, he told us so, "Nobody likes the hotel, but you chose it yourself! " I beg you to write real reviews so that people do not fall for the fact that the hotel is not bad for its money! He is very bad for any money! I will answer all questions, help with advice on relocation, write and in no case stay there! It is dangerous for your moral and physical health!
The hotel has a beach, there were enough sunbeds, but it’s small on the right of some kind of mini bay where there were fishing boats, it’s not comfortable to swim, there are large stones along the bottom, and if you go into the water in corals, you will swim to the buoys and you will be just above the waist, we are all went to the public beach for a week and it was much better there. The food at the hotel was normal, they gave chicken, beef, liver, nuggets, there were always cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, salads, grilled vegetables, rice, potatoes, in general, you won’t stay hungry. The staff certainly tried, but the dining room was constantly running out of cutlery and napkins, the plates were poorly washed, and the tables were dirty.
We are not picky tourists, so the little things that some other vacationers pay attention to, we did not care. Very polite and responsive staff (except for the man who invited us to the hammam too persistently, and after learning that we went to another hammam - did not greet us???? ) But the rest of the hotel staff - very nice people! Once my daughter cried because there was no sausage for dinner? ? ? ? Waiters ran around her, found out what the problem was, cut sausages and gave a glass of milk (and all this was not included in the evening menu). And there were a few other small situations where my child was paid attention without any request.
Food is varied, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, soup, various cheeses, salads and many desserts. One of the meat dishes is prepared on the grill with guests (chicken, fish, ribs, etc. ).
It seemed to me that a large part of the dishes are either not salty at all, or very little salted, which is very convenient for guests, because everyone can salt, pepper or choose the appropriate sauce to their liking.
We had an economy room, and it had a TV, air conditioning, balcony, bath, refrigerator, and most importantly - very comfortable beds / mattresses, on which we slept well. Bed linen and towels are clean, white.
We were very pleased!
The rooms are cozy, cool pool, the beach is not very clean.
Food and service are ok.
That's just a nuisance, after cleaning my phone disappeared from the room, everything else is in place. We watched the video from the cameras - from the side of the balcony and from the side of the entrance to the room, except for two cleaners, no one entered the room. Spent 6 hours on this. As a result, nothing - they are not responsible for the lost things, if you call the police - it's not a fact that they will find it, and then the vacation is completely ruined. As a result, we decided to rest, and not to search for the phone. The fact is obvious - the cleaners stole the phone, just as they select the staff.
