First off, I work in the hotel business. But all the shortcomings, which, believe me, there are sooo many, could not be noticed. We came to rest, the sea is nearby, you don’t need to walk across the road. They also feed for slaughter, 5 times a day. It is clear that they are in a crisis and everything that the guests did not eat for breakfast will be eaten in a different form for lunch, but it seems to me everywhere. I was struck (not in the best sense) most of all by the complete discrepancy between the beautiful pictures in the catalog and the attitude of the staff. We arrived at 5 am, checked us in at 8, the meeting with the guide was scheduled for 4.30 pm. For 4 stars, the absence of a minibar, telephone numbers, restaurant menu in the room is unacceptable. All the holiday mood, impressions of Turkey, and the whole vacation, in general, spoiled communication with the local guide Sardal. This famous Murat came up, offered a local bath "only" for 30 bucks per person, although in the annotation to the hotel it was mentioned as 1 time for free. After we refused, the same guide jumped up to us (whom we were supposed to meet only a few hours later) and quite clearly explained what a big mistake we are making by refusing hotel services. We were literally told that we would be moved from the hotel if we bought tickets to the bathhouse, and indeed any excursions on the street, that we behave extremely indecently and disgrace our country, that we cannot count on his help if something will happen to us, and according to him, for sure, outside the hotel (this is in mild terms), then personal insults, so there were not even words to answer. Then, at the meeting, he somehow crumpled apologized. But all 10 days we tried to stay away from both the guide and this Murat. Perhaps this is an isolated case, or another of the methods of guides to sell their tours. Judging by the reviews, many were more fortunate. I just want to say what happens. All inclusive is still slightly inconvenient: from 10.30 to 22.00. And on the last day, after 12 noon, we were not even allowed to take a cola in the bar. Maybe not lucky, although resting in 3-rooms in previous times, we got much more pleasure.
