Old furniture, tiny room (and paid for 2 + 1), 2 beds without a gap and a folding bed nearby. In fact, the whole room was occupied by these 3 beds, 1 cabinet near the bed and opposite the dressing table. An antediluvian model of an air conditioner hung above the cot, it had a remote control, where there was no back cover, just the batteries were sealed with tape. TV - 20-30 years ago, a tiny tube box (as they used to take to the hospital). Another inconvenience is that there are switches above the head of the bed and you constantly touch them while lying with your head or pillow.
The bathroom fixtures are relatively new, with a comfortable washbasin and toilet. The paper holder was torn off the mount, there was no glass for the toothbrush, nothing. Sufficient amount of gel, shampoo and conditioner, replenished regularly. The shower cabin is exactly as described in other reviews - a fixed watering can (really uncomfortable), the ventilation is dirty. There was a small refrigerator in the room, which only glowed, but did not cool anything. Cleaned regularly: if you put up a sign, then be sure, if not, then they knocked every day anyway and asked if you need to take out the trash, clean it up or something else. The towels are gray and stained (they are washed, just old), the bed was changed. There are no complaints about the work of the woman who cleaned, only thanks for her work.

There are 3 bars on site, 2 by the pool, 1 by the beach (the latter sometimes worked in the evening, I didn’t see it during the day). Drinks: fanta, cola, sprite and water. I saw that there is beer _ did not try. In the presence of white, pink and red wine (dry, you can drink), 2 types of cocktails: mojito (with mineral water, tasteless) and pink / blue (from the presence of syrup) +/- alcohol. Different people work in the bar: from professional hard workers to outright boors. Salads are all tasteless (not even Greek, the most understandable Olivier - did not take). Meat... well, there were no steaks, as well as chops. More cutlets, rolls, goulash with sauces. Most of all chicken, less often beef, turkey and, it seems, there was lamb. Once in the evening there were sushi, quite edible. We tried to change the menu every day.
Desserts are also varied: from cakes (not really, except for chocolate, but this is a matter of taste), to baklava, Turkish delight, creme brulee, creams in cups. Take a little bit and be sure to find the one that will not leave you indifferent. For lunch and dinner there is always ice cream, 4-5 types. Grapes, plums, orange and peach are added to the watermelon / melon (generally tasteless, like in the store, our local peach is sweeter and juicier).
The staff in the restaurant are polite, attentive, affectionately treat children, even spend their time listening to their wishes and trying to please the kids. Only a Turkish woman offended me, she was so small that she handed out fruit in the morning. In front of me, a guest from Turkey took fruits, so she put 2 plates of watermelon on her with a smile, but I asked for 3 pieces - she threw me scraps from a watermelon, after asking me to put 3 pieces, she first threw 1 more slice and screams: "More? ", then another 1 and threw it carelessly, like a dog. It became so insulting, straight to tears, there was a tourist from Russia nearby, she was also surprised by this behavior. I wonder who came up with the idea of making family rooms near such places? By the way, the mattress on the double bed was very hard. Well, the room was changed to the old building, No. 316.2-room, with two air conditioners, with white walls and creaky doors near the cabinets. But, this is not the worst, but the smell of the septic tank was worse. In 10 minutes, we realized that it was coming from the drain hole with the bathtub, apparently a problem with the check valve. It was decided simply - they wet the toilet paper, put it on the grate and put a paper bucket on top. That was the end of the trouble.

We saw one of them walking around the courtyard of the "estate" in what his mother gave birth. This is the first path to the left of the intersection with traffic lights.

For lunch and dinner, there are a lot of stewed vegetables, bulgur, soup, beef in different versions, fish, chicken, turkey, kebab, wok noodles, seafood, desserts, ice cream, tea, coffee, gozlime for snacks. All dishes are behind glass, you poke your finger in Russian-English, trying to explain what you need and how much you need. The tables are on the street, in the bright sun it is hot and the wind blows off the napkins. In general, for people who do not smoke, this is a big problem, because there is nowhere to hide from the smell, they had to change places on the beach. There are two pools and two bars. Poured there tasteless beer, sour wine, brandy, gin, vodka, whiskey (aka rum), soda. They make cocktails with mint and lemon from all this. The territory is a little neglected, I always think that if you put your hands on it, then you can make candy in a week.
There are umbrellas on the beach, but there is little shade from them and you have to constantly move the sunbeds. There are no mattresses on the sunbeds and beach towels, the same, I had to buy in the store opposite. Beds were made in the room, towels were changed, detergents were added, but the floor was washed only a couple of times.
I can’t say anything about the animation, we didn’t go to it. We wanted to take a break from work and swim in the sea.

They removed almost the entire green area, sawed down palm trees and for some reason concreted this area, an oasis that was pleasing to the eye. Rave! We were told that we would take the test 48 hours before departure. During the week we were in the room, food was brought to us. By the way, the food was very tasty, in this regard, there are no complaints. On the second day of isolation, we remembered that when boarding the transfer at the Antalya airport, the Anex tour guide Daria Kargina was looking for one man, unfortunately, I did not remember his last name. After they found him like that, we went without him. Remembering this fact, we reported this information to the guide of the Anex tour hotel. He said that they were looking into the situation, and his management would come to the hotel to sort things out.
After some time, the guide told us that there was no positive decision for us, and we had to stay in the room without leaving until the moment of departure. As we found out later, in neighboring hotels, people from our transfer were allowed to go out for a walk in the evening for a couple of hours. We wanted to talk to the general manager Mehmet, I don’t remember his last name, and called the reception several times asking him to give him information, but he simply scored on us. I won’t tell you what it’s like to sit in a room with a constantly working air conditioner for a week without getting out, I think this is understandable. 48 hours before departure, a health worker came to our room to take tests for Covid19. It was some kind of trash, the mask was dirty, as if he had not changed it for a week, there were no shoe covers, no gloves, it stank of sweat. This guy gestured to sit on the bed for testing. I told him to wash his hands, he went and washed, if he had not said, he would not have done it. After taking the samples, he opened the container on the table where we eat, put our flasks there and left. The cost of such a test is 30€ per person.
The evening before the departure, the police came to us and took a picture, and in the evening the test results came back, they were negative. In the morning we went to the sea in order to spend at least the last half day at sea. A hall with a dirty floor, no air conditioning or a clock, banquet chairs stained with salt (probably someone sat in wet swimming trunks and didn’t wash), the hotel manager is a middle-aged man in a black stale shirt. We left the suitcases in the utility room, which no one guarded, the settlement was said to be by 12 o'clock, we went to have breakfast, then we decided to go for a swim. We changed in the toilet, although there are still changing rooms on the beach (although the locks are half broken).
Those who come will be settled in building No. 1. We settled in a small room for a couple with two separate beds (! ), a broken air conditioner (which only drove hot air at +35, but did not cool), leaky curtains and a small TV from the 90s, suspended from the very ceiling. All this beauty in a terrible dark emerald color (see photo).
The room needs renovation, furniture replacement. The only plus is the sea view from the room.
We went to ask to change the room - they offered a room in the second building on the 01st floor (in fact, this is the attic floor, since the windows are below ground level with a view of cacti and a collection of metal freaks (about them below). This option was refused.
The second and main surprise awaited us in the evening...Tired after a night flight, we decided to go to bed early...But then the disco began, which lasted every (! ) day from 22.00 to 00.30
It was pecking so that the furniture was shaking in the rooms ...The words of the song of the Leningrad group: “I don’t remember when I moved, I probably was drunk ...Everyone cried the same way in the kitchens” ...I remembered for the rest of my life, especially since some songs were driven 4-5 once a night ...ear plugs did not save them either.
When asked to somehow stop this "celebration of life", the manager summed up: - "Nothing can be done, we have such a concept of the hotel" ...
I realized that “you can’t break a butt with a whip” and as a result of negotiations, requests, demonstrative sitting at the reception and connecting a representative of Pegas Touristix, after 2 days the room was still replaced with a normal one in building No. 3 (the best building) and even with a sea view . . This room already had a working air conditioner, the emerald furniture was replaced with blue, newer furniture and a more decent shower with toilet (see photo). Everything worked in the toilet, except for the extractor fan (which, apparently, became clogged and refused to work about half a century ago), so all the smells and dampness "came out" through the room in which we lived.
I was especially pleased with the shower, since at first everything spilled onto the floor, and from there, according to the idea, it was supposed to go into the drain hole in the floor ...but not everything went clear, since the floor was a little uneven and some of the puddles so constantly dried up until the next “irrigation” ...
The next "plus" of the room was its audibility.
The door went out onto an open corridor, and the corridor onto the road, so now even though the disco has become a little quieter, but through the flimsy wooden door we heard all the cars and buses that passed along the road, from which it was about 20 meters to the building.
For reference. What is now called the RAMA Hotel used to consist of two different hotels (one of which was called the Peker), so blocks 1 and 2 are from one hotel, and block 3 (the best) from the other. We lived in a newer building number 3? Which room you get when you check in is a roulette wheel, but dissatisfaction with the numbers is the most common complaint we heard from tourists.
But wherever you are settled, get ready for the fact that at best it will be a 3 * level room

The dining room had a lot of broken plates, not very high quality washed dishes. But anyway, I would put 4 points for the food, it was so tasty and varied menu. Once a week they made a festive dinner, separately decorated the chairs and tables with beautiful blue tablecloths.
The second plus is the sea. Gorgeous beach, plenty of space, no need to run around to take sunbeds, as you can find at any time, the presence of umbrellas under all sunbeds. Grapes were brought to the beach twice and frequented by vacationers.
Staff: what surprised me - a lot of Ukrainians work.
Animators - two twin girls from Ukraine, as well as some waiters and dining room staff from Ukraine. In general, the staff are friendly, with the exception of the hotel managers and the front desk at the main entrance. It is worth mentioning them separately: you approach the counter and stand for 5 minutes, waiting for someone to deign to pay attention to you.
The hotel manager (he is in the photo) pretended not to understand Russian, although before that he spoke Russian perfectly. From animation - yoga during the day, exercises in the pool, darts, archery, etc.
The main host - Richie, a stout elderly man of Arab appearance and his assistant - did not like. A bunch of posturing and narcissism, like DJs - also none, I already wrote about the repertoire of songs.
The hotel area is unkempt.
On part of the territory there are plastic mannequins repainted with silver from shops, decorated with various metal shacks ...on the second part overgrown with cacti, as they say, for an amateur ...For me, it would be better to break beautiful flower beds, since rusty dogs, crayfish and cockroaches under the windows are not the best landscape … Attaching photo.
The contingent of the hotel is mainly married couples (including those with children) and pensioners. 65% are Russians, 30% are Ukrainians and 5% are all the rest.

We do not recommend. Beach towels for money, wi-fi is free only at the reception, in the rooms for a fee (1 dollar per day).
