But I can say that our child (3.5 years old) had enough of everything and there were no problems with digestion. For breakfast there were milk porridges (oatmeal, rice), flakes, balls, milk. For lunch, 2 types of soup - not spicy, it seems, side dishes (rice, potatoes, pasta), meat, fish ... vegetables, fruits .. for dinner - there was also a good choice ... So the food, in principle, suited both children and adults - everything was enough, they ate well :)
