Hello, I would like to know about the procedure for obtaining a Nepalese visa at the border, at Kathmandu airport. Were there any visa denials? Is a request sent to those who want to get a visa, or is a piece of paper glued to the passport without any questions (as, for example, upon arrival in Egypt)? I'm worried, because some time ago I had a fine for an administrative offense in Russia. Can this fact become known and can there be any problems with obtaining a visa because of this? Thank you
