This summer I am going to South Korea for the first time. Please tell me which hotel is better to stay in Seoul, so that it is within $ 80-100 for two, real Korean (with national flavor), center, shops and restaurants nearby and few Russians (in the hotel). Thanks in advance. Maybe you can tell me a hotel (within the same amount) and in Busan on the beach, closer to the center.
