Rama Beach Hotel
Traveled together with a friend from 8 to 15 September 2018. The tour was booked through ANEX Tour, so I'll start with that. Firstly, about the sore point - they flew / arrived on time and there were no long fees upon arrival, so we managed to get to the hotel for breakfast)). We were met by the guide Yana, a girl with a good sense of humor - she entertained us all the way and talked about the places that we passed. In a casual conversation, I managed to give all the useful instructions for the “survival” of a tourist in Kemer in 40 minutes of the trip)). In general, ANEX guides are very cool guys. We took excursions with their accompaniment and none of them sat on the bus with their backs to us - all are sociable and sociable.
I especially want to highlight the guide Rinat, who conducted a briefing with us at the hotel - the person is really in his place - A guide from God: he gave us a lesson in "geography" and "foreign trade")), told us about all the interesting excursions, which did not look like imposing something like “why do you want to dry in a hotel, buy a tour from me”, but simply told it in such a way that no one left the meeting without a purchase. All 8 days he was in touch with us, prompted and advised. Rinat, I hope next year you will also be our GUIDEMAN - thank you very much!!!
Further I will write about the hotel as it is, but READ TILL THE END. When the bus stopped at RAMA BEACH, we didn't want to get off - the shabby building almost scared us. We went to the reception, checked in and ran off to eat, leaving our suitcases there. When we returned, we found out that we could be settled right now, although the check-in was at 14.00, but it was about 10 o'clock. Bellboy carried our suitcases, we thanked him, but when we closed the door behind him, we were simply numb - the room was unkempt, EVERYTHING in the bathroom did not work. Like everyone after the road, we were exhausted and wanted to relax and did not start to act immediately, went into a leaky shower with a broken door, took a breath and went to the administrator. It turned out that we were given the only double room, but we insisted on relocation, as we paid STANDARD, and ended up in VERY ECONOMY. And we were moved at the same moment... to a triple room... in a new building... overlooking the sea... with good plumbing, TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, a huge mirror, a cozy balcony and amazing sound insulation - for 8 days of rest we never heard the neighbors! This building is called RAMA BEACH HOTEL, not RAMA BEACH CLUB - it is newer, so pay attention to this when booking.
Then a FANTASTIC REST began: delicious food, a beach of 220 meters, on which no one pushes you, there is enough space and sunbeds for everyone, a well-groomed and beautiful green area and attentive staff. So you will not be cherished in every five, as in this seemingly unremarkable hotel !!!
Many are interested in entering the water, the reviews on this subject are not unambiguous, but I, as a person with an operated leg, will honestly tell you - everything is fine there with the entry - you don’t want to stomp on stones - go from the bridge near the main bar - this is not a high pier, but it is a bridge that is suitable for entry for both adults and children. And buy rubber slippers for swimming - they are sold directly at the hotel.
In terms of service, they are just BEAUTIFUL)) - 90% speak English, most understand and speak Russian (Ukrainian is still weak - the minimum set of words), cleaning every day, towels on demand (throw them on the floor and change them), waiters they clean the tables at lightning speed and bring drinks from the bar, the bartenders remember the guests and know their preferences, special respect to EMRE: if a child approaches him, he asks everyone to be quiet and turns to the child himself, realizing that he may be shy and you need to talk to him first .
