So, as promised to the author of the last negative review, I am writing my review about this hotel - everything is as it is without beauty. A little preface. Never been to Turkey. Was in Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Egypt. I decided to take a little vacation for my birthday and fly somewhere. Turkey was the cheapest destination in August 2019. It should be noted that I'm just a maniac when it comes to choosing a vacation so that it is as cheap as possible to pay and have the best possible rest. And that's what I realized that Turkey as a whole fell in price, the level of service fell a little. If you look, even the coolest hotels have not been renovated for a very long time, the crisis has apparently reached Turkey.
The price for this hotel is quite budgetary, but its location on the first line draws all 10 points. Not every five can boast of such an arrangement.
LOCATION: The hotel is located 45 km from the airport in the village of Beldibi, we were the first who were brought to the hotel from tourists, we drove for about an hour. The hotel and its entire territory is stretched along the coastline. Wherever you are in the hotel you always have a view of the sea, and when you are in the sea you have a beautiful view of the mountains. 10 out of 10.
CHECK-IN: We arrived at the hotel around 18:00, settled us in 15 minutes. Maybe we were lucky, or maybe 2 chocolates from Russia contributed to this. We settled in the main building, where the reception is located, on the 2nd floor, the last room on the floor.
ROOM: As we expected and read in other reviews, the room is renovated, but the furniture is old, everything is tired. Plumbing, shower all in good condition, white, mold was not noticed. The bathroom was lined with shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, white towels, a hair dryer. There were hotel slippers in the room. Room with a balcony overlooking the sea. On the balcony there is a small dryer screwed to the wall, 2 chairs and a table. The modern TV had a couple of Russian channels, 2, TNT and a carousel. The safe is paid, we did not use it, we had a suitcase with a lock, everything was kept valuable there. We put 2 bottles of water in the fridge every day. This hotel has most of the rooms facing the sea, but there are some on the road.
After reading the reviews about loud music at night, we were pleasantly surprised that, firstly, the music from the disco in the hotel did not reach us when the balcony was closed, and the music in the next one ended at about 22:30. Well, as experienced tourists, we just bought earplugs at home and used them successfully. There were no problems with sleep, although my man is an extremely light sleeper. The room was cleaned properly, we had no complaints. I will not hide, it is quite possible that we see and hear poorly too).
BEACH AND SEA: 10 out of 10. at one time 2 hotels merged, then the beach line is long, there are just a bunch of sun loungers with umbrellas. And even despite the mentality of ours to occupy sunbeds at night, we always found free ones exactly where we needed them. There were always few people on the beach, in the sea too. The beach is clean, everything is cleaned on time.
I must say right away that I hate sand and love pebbles. Here is a pebble beach, in the water first there are small pebbles, then larger stones. I didn't have any problems getting in. My 120 kg man suffered and regretted that he did not immediately buy corals. But to each his own. The sea is clean, even at a depth of more than 4 meters you can see the bottom. In the sea there is a small pontoon with an area of about 6 meters, where you can sunbathe and jump from it. There was always enough space. After reading the reviews, we took our beach towels from home. But in the hamam you could rent locals.
In general, the whole holiday we were surprised that the hotel was completely occupied, but at the same time, the people somehow managed to dissolve over the entire small area, that nowhere on the beach, nor in the sea, nor in the bar, nor in the pool did we see crowds of people and at least some - a queue. Except for dinner it was decent. But then they disappeared again somewhere.
FOOD: I have nothing to add to the good reviews here. The food is excellent. I won't even repeat myself. There were no queues. The restaurant was both outside and inside. Personally, I was struck by red fish and trout, very tasty. We always ate outside and admired the sea. Tablecloths, serving, white dishes, glass glasses for drinks. The waiters are all polite and very efficient. Alcoholic drinks were always provided upon request.
STAFF: Friendly and kind of cozy. It was evident that the very concept of the hotel is to please the guests, you feel care around you. Now I understand people who are not the first time resting here. The bartenders near the adult pool are just the height of politeness. I liked the rosé wine, the mojitos were great too. No one spared alcohol and what was nice was that everything was poured into glassware. If there was a desire not to drag glass to the beach, then they poured it into paper ones. Coolers with water and juices were everywhere. The snack bar was open for lunch.
TERRITORY: small, but well-groomed, green. 1 swimming pool with a water slide, in which aerobics took place in the mornings + a children's paddling pool with a small slide, of course sunbeds under a canopy. And the second pool with a depth of 1.80 adjacent directly to the bar + a small paddling pool with a slide for children. The pools are very clean and open until 19:00. The water is soft and there is no smell of chlorine. My skin is very sensitive to chlorine water, I know what I'm talking about. On the beach at 22:30 a fire was kindled, there were tables with sofas and pillows, it was nice to sit.
ANIMATION: I have always been indifferent to animation. And we didn't plan at all. Just on the first evening we decided to go after a walk along the beach and see what was happening there and disappeared. In short, we were avid party-goers of the entire animation movement. The main animator is just a darling. The children adored him, he knew everyone by name, he was very cheerful, and it was directly felt that the person was doing what he loved. We had both karaoke and disco every night, and one of the days there was a foam party, a show, etc. It was fun, really. Well, I was also called to the stage and the whole hotel congratulated me on my birthday with fireworks. My man just asked the animator and he made congratulations for me for free.
So the beach, the sea, the food, the service corresponds to a solid four, the rooms are a solid 3. We liked it, it was very comfortable and somehow at home, so the rating of the hotel on the sites is quite adequate and consistent.
