We rested in this hotel for the first time, we didn’t think at all that it would be possible to visit somewhere on the sea this year, but, fortunately, the borders were opened, and the opportunity arose. Were the first week of September. I booked the hotel back in the winter for May, but then the pandemic struck and at one time we could not fly. Thanks to Club Med for rescheduling our vacation dates without additional payments, cutting off the tour in time, changing the room category. Everything as we originally booked.
We flew as a family of four, we have children 5 and 9 years old. For children, we booked places in children's clubs, and my husband and I were satisfied, too. during the day they could relax on their own, and children - for them it was generally an interesting new experience of international communication. Clubs at the hotel from morning to evening, but in theory you can pick up the child whenever you want. The staff is very attentive to children, they take into account the peculiarities of health, interests, the usual daily routine and nutrition. There is a lot of entertainment for children both in sports and in creativity. In clubs, children are distributed by age so that they are interested. Our children were in a mini-club (age from 4 to 10 years old), by nationality there is a hodgepodge, children from different countries, mostly Europeans. The staff speaks English or French throughout the hotel, but there were 2 Russian-speaking girls in the club, the children had no difficulties. The reception desk also had staff who spoke Russian, and there are also Russian inscriptions on the signs and signs in the hotel, although everything is clear anyway. In general, there were no questions of misunderstanding.
I really liked the food at the hotel, the choice is simply huge, we didn’t have time to try all the options for a week, although my husband and I tried to take something new every day. They cook very tasty, my husband is still a gourmet, very picky about food, but he was delighted with the kitchen. As in any all-inclusive hotel, there is a buffet, but basically, all the dishes are already laid out on individual plates, they are behind glass and the restaurant employee gives x to the guests. Apparently, so that tourists do not crowd the distribution. Children from the club were taken to feed in a common restaurant, but before a common dinner, and after them all the other guests already ate. This was done so that there were fewer people in the same room in order to keep their distance. The tables are quite far apart in the restaurant, and the staff is all in masks and gloves. Security measures are being followed to the maximum.

Everywhere in crowded places there are markings, staff in masks, the entire hotel and sports equipment are constantly washed and disinfected, antiseptics have been put everywhere. In this regard, they are, of course, well done.
Now I read in the news that in Turkey everyone was obliged to wear masks everywhere, but when we were there, there was no such rule yet. In our country, masks were mandatory for staff, and for tourists - in the restaurant at the distribution and at the reception, in other places we did not wear masks. I believe that now, maybe a little stricter, but the hotel is not crowded to the maximum with people and the streams are well bred, so I doubt that tourists will be wearing masks everywhere.
I am incredibly glad that we were able to still relax, especially in an excellent hotel with super service, great food, a lot of entertainment and sporting events. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
