I must say right away that there are no special differences, there are no such differences in the quality of service at all, the staff is still the same diligent, friendly and attentive. Many guys have been working for more than a year, the chief of the town is the constant Natalie Lanier. Services are provided in full, everything is as always, with a few exceptions - unfortunately, the hammam and the pool in the SPA do not work, of the two adult pools on the territory, only one is officially open, unofficially - some tourists manage to climb into the one that does not work. Show programs have become less contact, before the presenters tried to keep the guests as busy as possible in competitions, now it is basically just a performance. This year the kids performed on the street, but it doesn’t matter, the main thing is that the performance took place. Holidays in a pandemic also have pluses - cleaning has become much more frequent, and it used to be cleaned perfectly, but now it’s just non-stop. Even in the hotel there are fewer people than usual, not all the rooms are populated, lunch time has been increased to three hours, you can not rush to the restaurant. Previously, in a restaurant, tourists whom you do not know could sit down at your table, but now there is no such thing. Only GOs can get hooked, but only with your permission, and if you refuse, no one will be offended, everyone understands the desire to maintain distance and reduce close communication.
There are also things that are noticeable, but personally they didn’t affect us either in a plus or a minus - all sorts of markings, temperature measurements, etc. , you practically don’t notice these measures at all.

I also completely forgot to write about restaurants, Olympus is closed, only Phaselis worked as the main one, so those who lived in Villagio had to walk not close to the restaurant, this did not affect us, we just lived in the building.
In terms of sports, everything is the same, no sports have been reduced due to the pandemic, there is even a plus in the fact that, for example, there are fewer people in group classes and more attention of the coach goes to each guest.
