Rested with families 2 adults + child 8 months and 7 years and 3 + 1 in the period from 25.07 to 03.08. One of the first was brought to the hotel by bus, the road took 1 hour and 10 minutes (which is not unimportant with small children). Arrived at 9-00, had breakfast and offered a room until 10. Room 605, next to the reception, but at the other end of the main infrastructure (restaurant, sea, pool), we were even useful to walk (5-7 minutes). In Turkey, this trip is 6, so briefly about the main thing.
1. The next day they brought a new playpen for the younger one (without any requests). Mosquitoes appeared in the room (slept without a condo with the windows open) and asked for a fumigator - they sprayed the room with mosquitoes and the trail froze before the eviction.

5. Cleaning - it was always, everything is clean and with swans (a couple of times motivated)

Machines with Cola, Fanta Sprite - will not leave children indifferent (the process of getting what you want). Delicious kefir (drink).

6. Animation - at the level. Often in the morning we gathered all the animators (20-25 people) and held a meeting - the result is available. During the day, various sports (announced, not forced to offer) in the evening entertainment events. I would sell tickets to dance shows (always sold out, children and adults do not tear off). The director of the performances is a finalist of the Dancing Everyone Show. Once a week, everyone is "washed" at a foam disco, so do not stay dirty.
7. Mini club - big. Children are involved (not just children's slides and attractions).
8. Contingent - 80-90% Ukraine, Russia. Mostly with children. In 10 days of stay, I have never seen Tagil and conflicts over "friendly neighborly relations. " All staff understand Russian, and the rest - our compatriots.
The disadvantages include:
1. Concrete pier at sea. Immediately "not a children's event" in the sea, 1.6 m deep with railings.
For children there is a sunset on the right. Given the daily tide in its absence, the sunbeds would be in the sea, thus lengthening and protecting the beach.
2. Not a very new number fund (if you cling a lot) - but everything is in working order, clean, individual air conditioning.
I did not find any other "surprises", as I had a wonderful stay in a great hotel with great company.
I definitely recommend this family hotel to visit and would come back again (for real money).
