Family vacation abroad for the first time. On the advice of tour operators, we decided to choose an expensive hotel so as not to be disappointed in the future, although it was a little expensive for the whole family. Zigana was recommended by everyone as an excellent option for the first time, especially since our friends were recently there and were satisfied. Given the early booking, the issue was resolved positively.
Looking ahead, I want to say that the political unrest that began in Turkey played a cruel joke on many vacationers. In June, prices for holidays in this country were sharply reduced and people rushed... In June, there was a full house in Zigane - full occupancy. Zigana really liked her territory. It was only thanks to information from our friends that we managed to successfully settle in - closer to the sea and the main entertainment and nutritional communications. And the main thing is not even money, but the determination to achieve your goal! Special thanks to the Russian-speaking Zhenya. On the first day, we were hungry before dinner - we were looking for somewhere to eat, since no one cared - did we know where and how to do it, although there were plenty of places for this! The food at first puzzled me with its apparent variety. It took three days to find a more or less acceptable food. Samples and disappointments... In general, in the bottom line, they were not hungry, but they did not receive delight from the food either. It is obvious that the principle works in the power system so that nothing is lost. Those. today grilled chicken - tomorrow vegetable saute with chicken. Ravioli in the evening - soup with ravioli at lunch the next day : ) The first courses are probably prepared according to the same principle, all the time they look like mashed potatoes with an incomprehensible content. More or less get chicken wings from the grill. Once, my wife and I ate chicken fillet cooked on the grill (before that, it passed once, because we saw pink undercooked meat and did not eat it! ). In short, they don't know how to grill! The shawarma was also crap! The only meat dish we liked was beef tongue in mushroom sauce. But they do it once a week on Thursdays! Everything that is written in the comments about the food and the restaurant is true. We expected more refined food and service. For example, in the restaurant bar they gave me dry wine instead of semi-sweet, ask for cold wine - they will immediately pour ice into a glass of ice... or ice into tomato juice, if you want cold : ) If I hadn’t paid such a lot of money, I probably wouldn’t even pay I would like to pay attention to this, otherwise... Another tense principle was that a full set of food was only in a restaurant and only at a certain time. I had dinner, for example, you go to the pool in the pool bar, and there is almost nothing besides booze. From snacks - nuts are not the first freshness, coffee and drinks are different. No fruits, no sweets, no candy! Those. for a 2-hour dinner in a restaurant, you have to invest in yourself both ordinary food and dessert (baklava, fruit... ), and taking out bad food is a scandal! If the goal is to get drunk, then at least get drunk, but sit in the fresh air in the evening with a glass of wine and fruits, sweets - figs to you!
The territory of the hotel is what makes you want to come again! I will not describe in detail - it's good there. I remained indifferent to the sea (on black every summer). But in the Crimea, perhaps, there are much better places, so I was content with the pool. The hotel was filled by a third - probably that's why everyone had enough space everywhere. The beach is not well maintained. Pebbles have not been imported for a long time and it is clearly not enough in places. Sand is more like mud (sticks to wet feet like clay on a pond)!

And now about what upset me the most. Housekeeping is a bluff! It consists in emptying the bin, changing the towels and laying the bed linen. Everything! The table was covered with such a layer of dust that I was shocked. Wipe around the sink - don't expect that either! I advise you not to leave money for a bed Ekibana - they checked it, the result will be the same. But if you teach to tip, then through their absence you will only anger the maids, intrigues will begin: a torn towel, pajamas thrown on the floor...
Shopping is best done in Antalya - Migros shopping center. 3 dollars by minibus 40 min. Prices are negotiable but good. One point that we did not know is that you have to ask at the reception for a second key to the room, because. all electricity in the room is powered by a card on the first key. If it’s +40 during the day, then it’s also hot in the room with the air conditioner turned off, charging doesn’t work... In general, even now I still don’t know much of what I could use there! Not a guide, but some kind of bastard. If you don’t go to buy with him so that he gets a kickback for this, then figure it out yourself! The hotel is also like a partisan. You know and demand what you have the right to - they may give you, but if you don’t know, then it’s your own fault...
