After screaming and hassle on my vacation, they returned my fifty dollars, apologized and promised to settle tomorrow in a normal room, but for now they offered me a room, my wife and a 9-year-old child, a double room with two one and a half beds and a view of the ruined building. The time was already 19.00 hotel guide from TezTour could not be found either by me, not by the reception staff. After the assurance of the new managers Borysh and Khalil that they would move tomorrow, I went to the room and it was clear that the day was lost.
The room is small, about 11 m2, the shower and toilet are combined and there is a hole in the floor for water, the floor of the shower and toilet is separated by a centimeter rim. But this didn’t upset me anymore, since the main thing was a great view of the sea, and at least it was pretty clean. By the way, this Borysh is a very slippery type, but hangs on the leaderboard at the reception. Make a conclusion. They cleaned the room later well, but for a tip, they didn’t leave it on the last day, they didn’t clean it, but it didn’t bother me anymore. And then I remembered that the safe was not working in the room yet, and I went to the reception to hurry up and sat in the room until the evening. The safe was repaired around 21:00. So I spent the first two days of my vacation in this "beautiful" hotel. Horror. The rooms are small and poorly equipped. Not a main restaurant, but a canteen. There is always not enough space in it, you have to either wait or come in advance. The food is monotonous, but you can eat. Tired by the end of the first week. Fish and meat were given a couple of times and then there was a queue. As well as for watermelons and melons. There were no delicacies. There were few fruits, mostly oranges. Anything tastier then this is the turn. According to the description, there are three bars, actually two. One near the reception, the second near the pool. It's a long walk from the beach to the bar.

There is only water on the beach, which for some reason turned on at about 10 am, although it was already full of people from 8 am, go to the bar near the pool, great. There are not enough sun loungers either on the beach or near the hotel. Even if you grab a sunbed, there are no umbrellas, lie down and roast in the sun. On the fifth day, my child was still burned, there was a temperature, although we smeared him and tried to at least hide him from the sun. Towels on schedule and not during the day and torn. If you don't take it on time, you'll be without a towel. A couple of times sunbathed without them. In the evening managed to dilute even non-alcoholic drinks. It's fun to drink colla, sprite, fanta with a clear taste of water. I have never seen this anywhere. I'm talking about alcohol in general. The attitude of the staff, especially the older ones is rude, the youth is much friendlier and more welcoming. We went on excursions, they gave us the so-called lunch package. Too bad I didn't think to take a picture of it.
It contained a large uncut cucumber, a tomato, a roll also uncut, one plastic of their soy sausage, and one plastic of cheese, three olives. And this is instead of breakfast. This is probably the hallmark of this hotel. In short, I did not take these lunch bags anymore. When leaving the hotel, the flight was delayed by 12 and a half hours. Rooms at least some were not given even for the money. Type no and had to hang out 12 hours at reception until 2.30 am. The child slept on the couch as if we were homeless.
