Good afternoon! Briefly tell about the hotel.
"Settlement": My husband and I checked in together on Saturday night, we settled not in the room that we ordered (we ordered with a sea view), but settled with a view of the lobby. My husband went to the reception, moved to a neighboring room overlooking the same lobby, decided to sort it out in the morning, but nothing happened either (and all this time the hotel staff pretended that they did not understand Russian or English, and even more so that we we want from them) Only after we called the tour agent and our guide arrived, we managed to figure it out. And while we were hanging out at the reception, people approached us with the same problem.
"About the room": We had a standard room (sea view) The room is very small! Repairs and furniture are bad! The shower room is generally very small, the shower itself was very uncomfortable (you had to hold it with your hand) the plumbing in the sink was broken (the faucet came to be repaired 2 times) The air conditioner was broken, they came to fix it, they said that we can’t do anything yet, but after lengthy complaints they came and fixed it . And the lock of the balcony door was also broken, they asked to fix it, but this was ignored.

The mini bar was replenished every day, but not completely, there is no alcohol in it.
The dollar left was cleaned every day, quite thoroughly. The neighbors did not leave a tip and they were cleaned every other day! In general, a room for a stable 3 * three, 5 * does not even smell close!
"About the hotel in general": Territory for a stable 4 *, rather small, but well-groomed, green. The pools are normal, the only thing I didn’t like was the chipped tiles on the edges of the pool (my husband cut his hand), to say nothing about the children who hang out there all day, periodically ran in tears and blood!
The beach, so-so, is quite small, sunbeds with umbrellas are not conveniently located, you can’t turn it over!
Animation for 3-4 *, daytime general darkness, turn on the music and leave, sometimes they do aerobics. But they don't get it! Evening is also very sluggish!
"Food and Drinks": The food was okay. Quite a lot, but not varied, every day the same, only a couple of days there was a variety, relatively tasty! Alcohol, as always, is only local and diluted, all in one taste, like whiskey, vodka, rum and tequila, all with one taste and 20 degrees. Foreign alcohol is very expensive! The wine is very tart, with a taste of alcohol. Juices only synthetics (Yuppie) Fresh juices only for money.
So we won't be going back to this hotel!
