CRYSTAL AURA BEACH RESORT & SPA
Rested in the hotel as a family of three people (a child of 3 years) from 22.09. 2012 to 03.10. 2012. This is not the first time in Turkey and it was the worst hotel. I do not advise anyone. The Turks give the stars to the hotel themselves, and most likely for its access to the sea. The photos on the advertising site are very old and do not correspond to reality. The hotel is truly HORRIBLE. It consists of TWO 4-storey buildings and nine (did not count) bungalows. The room has one wide double bed and one children's bed, two bedside tables, a closet (safe), a mini-bar (two 0.5l plastic water, a 0.5l Pepsi can, two locally produced sweet sodas 0.5l, soda 0.45l), dressing table, pouffe, TV, shower room, separate bathroom, balcony (table, two plastic chairs, drying). Extractor in toilet and shower not working. The air conditioner is located in the center of the room, opposite the beds, very noisy, poorly regulated, and the air blows directly on the bed. It is impossible to leave him to work at night, the air is constantly blowing, and even on the child. You have to open the balcony door at night, but the window of the room overlooks the courtyard of the hotel directly to the children's pool, there are two bars nearby: LOBBY BAR (local drinks are served from 10.00-24.00) and PATISSERIA (hot drinks, pastries from 10.00-24.00), and a restaurant A-LA Carte, in the evening in which something is constantly cooked on an open fire and all the smoke on the territory and in the room). On the open terrace of the bars there is constant noise: until 24.00 - drunken tourists, after - the staff who cleans and washes. Particularly "pleasant" at two o'clock in the morning is the staff moving the iron tables and chairs on the tiled floor. Lots of mosquitoes at night. There are exactly three sockets in the room: for TV, mini-bar and a free one in the shower. To stick "maskitol" had to pull out the TV. And you constantly have to think about how to charge the equipment. The window faces south-west, it is very hot in the room during the day. It is impossible to sit on the balcony during the day: the sun is constantly scorching. The latch-latch of the balcony door is broken, if it is tightly closed, then it can only be opened from the room.
It was possible to change the number only three days later, after everyday, repeated trips to the administration. Complaining that the room was not cleaned helped. (Hotel rooms are cleaned from 10.00 to 16.00. Upon arrival, I warned and asked for information on cleaning that I have a little one who sleeps during the day from 14.00. I asked that the room be cleaned by this time. Of course, no one for this does not pay attention. From 14.00 I hang a “Do not disturb” sign, and under my door: “Your room has not been cleaned because you asked not to disturb”). Such a way to save money.

It is not clear who invented the bed for the child in the TV room. There is no child seat on the toilet, the child himself cannot climb onto it. In eleven days the bar was not replenished twice.

For children, the hotel is of little interest. The kids club is located on the first floor in the building and was permanently closed. It was opened only after repeated complaints from the parents. The hotel has a children's pool with small slides. There is also a sparse playground with a climbing town, swings and a few exercise machines. Children cannot play on the playground. After the morning cleaning, the site is flooded with water, until it dries it is impossible to walk. The site is in the sun, there is absolutely no shade. Also, a few meters from the site, there are stoves and hobs, where scrambled eggs are cooked for breakfast, pancakes and eggs are fried. All the smoke on the playground. In the immediate vicinity of the site there is a huge brazier, on which a grill is prepared for lunch and dinner. All the smoke on the playground.

A detached building by the pool, closer to the beach and between the bungalows. The restaurant does not have a toilet. You have to come into it with clean hands. Two two-level outdoor terraces for smokers and one small one (only 28 tables for 4 people) for non-smokers. The terraces have very narrow aisles. Inside the restaurant itself, tables are set for 8 people, if you do not have time to come to the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, dirty dishes are on the tables, tables are not served. Removed very slowly. There is NO children's menu. There are no packaged dairy products in their original packaging. Only aeran, but his child won't eat. The breakfast is very poor. There are two cooks standing outside: one is frying omelettes in pans, the second is frying pancakes and eggs very slowly on the same hob. Constantly queue. If eggs and pancakes are mixed on the hob, this does not bother the cook. Smoke goes to the playground.
The food is bland and absolutely tasteless. Automatic machines with the so-called juice are constantly diluted with water to an amazing transparent color. The toasting machine and electric grill have never been cleaned, everything is burned and covered in soot. Alcoholic drinks are served at lunch and dinner. We prefer wine. This hotel has only two types of wine - white and red. We brought a bottle of wine with us and I tried to find a corkscrew in the hotel. This is problem. They don't open wine. All wine is received in 20 or 25 l paper boxes, and then poured into already used bottles or immediately into glasses. The rest of the alcoholic drinks are all in the same bottles, just different labels. The only exception is their national vodka (rakia), but it is not for everybody. There are NO imported drinks (UAl). Everything that they cook on an open fire (grill) is a ready-made semi-finished product, which is heated on coal and overcooked. It turns out very dry food. During our vacation, minced meat was served more than ten times, only it was called differently: kebab, grilled cutlets, fried hamburgers. Pasta is not boiled, it is already ready, in front of you they will be dipped in a hot pan for a minute and offered on a plate. Delicious grilled fish, pastries, local cheeses. Small selection of fruits. No theme nights.

BEACH small, pebble, 150-200 meters. On the one hand accommodation for boats and scooters. Here they are repaired. On the other side of the beach there are water activities. Lots of useless beds. Due to the fact that the hotel is not full, the sunbeds are not removed, but put out every evening in even rows. It is difficult to get to the sea. The beach is cleaned only superficially and trash cans. Lots of cigarette butts. It's strange that a lot of foreigners, instead of throwing their cigarette butts into the urn, throw them directly on the stones under their sun beds. In the beach bar, water, cola, fanta, sprite, beer are poured into disposable cups of 165 ml, half of which is foam. You can also get tea and various coffee drinks from the machine. On the beach there are cold showers and cabins, two changing cabins. There are NO toilets on the beach. You need to go to the pool in the far corner to the water slides. Toilet ONE for visitors to the beach, pool, snack bar, main restaurant. Male - two booths and two urinals (not suitable for children). There is always a queue in the women's part, and complete unsanitary conditions, the wife preferred to go to the room.
There are animators. They come, invite them to play volleyball, gochi, invite them to water aerobics. No evening program. Basically, all vacationers disperse to bars, drink, play something.
I was surprised by the principle of LOBBY BAR and PATISSERIA that they serve alcoholic drinks in one, and hot drinks in the other. If the wife and son want to sit down and drink tea with a cake, then this can be done in our building in the PATISSERIA bar, and I have to go to another building in the LOBBY BAR for beer (it is unrealistic to find a waiter). And if someone wants to get into the toilet, then you need to go down to the floor down. And Wi-Fi only works in the LOBBY BAR.
As for the rest of the services of the five-star CRYSTAL hotel, such as masses, jacuzzi, sauna, baths, hammam, fitness rooms, daily visits to jewelry, leather, carpet shops, useless A-LA CART restaurants and other fictitious services, I can’t say anything, because that's not what they were after.

The flight to Kyiv was at 9.10, but no one could explain why the hotel check-out time was at 4.45. More than three hours before departure in the morning we were brought to the airport (about 45 km). I also want to note the driving style of the bus driver. He does not respond to any comments on the movement and speed limit, the accompanying guide cannot influence him. Sometimes the driver does not look at the road at all, but enters into an argument with the guide and passengers. The bus is small, and there are children in the cabin. And this is due to the fact that the movement along the Kemer-Antalya route is quite difficult, limited due to construction work.
P. S. In addition to everything, we were also robbed. They stole a package with warm clothes: expensive branded women's jeans, a women's woolen sweater, a children's jacket with a hood. And we would not have known about this before departure, as it was warm. But on October 1, the weather turned bad, it began to rain, and the wife decided to wear jeans for dinner, but they were not. Communication with the administration about our "loss" of things did not give anything. The motto of Turkey is LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT TOURIST - PAID AND DID NOT ARRIVE.
