We are resting with a small child in this hotel for the 3rd time. I love this place very much: great location with amazing views of the mountains. Wonderful well-groomed territory (I want to take pictures of every corner - beauty is everywhere! , varied and very tasty food for every taste (both dietary, and children's, and spicy, etc. ), the waiters are attentive and friendly (we were remembered and my daughter was given beautiful flowers from napkins), animation is beyond praise (especially this year Fati and the girls from the mini-club), the playground is excellent: with swings, slides, a trampoline and houses; excellent evening shows.
The rooms are a bit outdated but everything works properly, nothing leaks (as some reviews say), the air conditioning is directed to the bed, but we found a way out and everything was fine. Cleaning is average, but not critical. The beach is large, clean, and the cleanliness of the sea pleased us almost all the time (exception: a couple of days after the rain it was dirty and muddy). This year they made a wonderful beach with alluvial sand. Never in 3 years did they take a place in advance - always found a place in the shade at any time.
We were lucky - we did not find the coxsackie virus here for 3 years. I sympathize with those who faced it. But it's not the hotel's fault. You can pick it up anywhere: on the plane, and at the airport, and even bring it from home (since it is not only in Turkey).
For three years I did not have time to get bored with the hotel. And I want to go there again.
