Bad settlement, few people speak Russian. They promised on the bus, on the way to the hotel, to settle until 12-00, as a result, we arrived at 11-00 and settled us at 13-00, and that was only because I paid extra for an improved room of 120 USD, which was free. Standard rooms, people who arrived before us, waited until 15-00 (many swore, argued, but it was useless). We went to a restaurant for lunch, I decided to pour myself some coffee, all the cups were dirty, then my husband and I decided to drink wine in the lounge bar, his glass was clean with someone else's lipstick. In general, there were plenty of impressions on the first day, I really wanted to go home. On the second day, smokers got out, who smoked everywhere in the main restaurant during lunch, on the beach, near the pool, it was unpleasant to the point of nausea. The rooms are basically normal, there are no particular complaints, but they definitely don’t pull on 5 *. The hotel is more suitable for people who prefer an active party holiday, I was personally strained by these daytime aerobics with screaming animators, after working days I wanted more peace and quiet. And of course, “buhariki”, a hallmark of all inclusive hotels, an anecdote: “I bought a ticket for $ 1500, drank for $ 2500. I recommend it !!! ”, is the best fit for Comfort Flora Beach. In no case do not go on a shopping tour, to different factories (leather, textiles), a terrible swindler. Just waste your time, something like the Troyeshchina bazaar with the prices of Mandarin Plaza. The spa center of the hotel also did not cause positive emotions, I gave 100 bucks for a massage with a mask on the body and a facial massage (I didn’t feel any effect at all). You can go to the hammam, it is included in the price of the ticket. The only bright spot of our trip was an excursion to Demre-Mira-Kekovo, everything was very cool and our guide was super-Israfil.
