Pros:
Very beautiful view from the beach to the incredible mountains.
A beautiful green area in the pines, everywhere is clean, everything is cleaned and washed around the clock. The room has "crisp" bed linen without holes and good towels. (especially when compared with Egypt).
The contingent of tourists: mostly families with children, couples, no drunks. By country, mainly Russia, Ukraine. There are Poland, Turkey, Moldova, Germany, Belarus, Bulgaria. There are practically no Kazakhs (well, you understand why this item is in the pros)))).
There is a sandy entry into the sea.
The food for the first 2 days was very modest and tasteless, and then some inspectors / managers arrived and the food improved, there was always fish for dinner, several types of meat, 2 times a week they gave crayfish, once - stewed squid. Delicious airan in the bars, ice cream in the lobby all day long, but only 2 types, sometimes only one.
Great new water park. Good playground and animation for small children.


Minuses
Tiny old rooms, bed 190 cm long. I read that they are small, but so small!
Wi-fi is available only at the reception.
Very sluggish and not always friendly staff. Not all of course, but most except for the girls in bars and restaurants.
No compliments from the hotel for birthdays. The travel agent indicated the birthday on the ticket. But the wine was brought to the room on the 3rd day, after a reminder from the guide and two of my reminders.
There is no animation schedule, bars work. The guys at Guest relations don't know anything at all, and they don't want to find out. Only the girl Yunna is friendly and responsive.
Half of the cafes and bars are closed. They do not bake Turkish cakes, there are no Belgian waffles. In the main restaurant, closer to the end of lunch / dinner, new portions of dishes are not served. It's all over.
No evening shows only live music for the disco.
Probably no animation, we have never seen. There are very few circles for descending the slides in the water park.
Beach towels are very old and small, do not absorb water well.
The representative of Pegasus at the hotel does not know the excursion program or is lying on purpose. She sent us on a 2-day tour, saying that there would be a lot of attractions, and half of them were not there, instead we were taken to shops of jewelry, wine and textiles of terrible quality.
