I rested in Turkey not for the first time, so I can be objective. The hotel is one of the recommended Tez-tour, but it did not fully meet expectations.
PROS: 1. a large beach with a huge number of sunbeds by the sea and by the pools.
2. adapted European cuisine.
3. well-groomed large green area.
4. comfortable rooms, daily cleaning in them.
5. helpful staff.
6. calm quiet music by the pools.
7. unobtrusive daily animation.
8. there are interesting evening shows.
9. good children's animation.
10. convenient entrance to the sea.
MINUSES: 1. during the entire period of stay, ALL sunbeds were occupied!!!
2. At the reception, I had to seek settlement in the room.
3. dishes in the main restaurant do not change from day to day.
4. Russian-speaking staff (guides, animators) are attentive, but the Turkish guides were only engaged in commerce (advertising Turkish textiles, jewelry, and real estate).
5. poor informing by guides about the rules of the hotel.
6. inconvenient catering system (buffet, but drinks are served by waiters, who are not always enough).
7. lack of own animation group in the hotel.
TOTAL: I recommend the hotel for couples with children and for families, but the price does not match the declared stars. The hotel is quite modest, in the style of "cottage". During the stay, 80% of vacationers were Germans. Very high prices for goods in "recommended" stores.
