Good afternoon! Before I start, I will say frankly - everything that you read in this review is the purest truth, both pros and cons, I will be happy to answer all your questions and not only about this hotel. So, in order. We arrived on May 26.2012, tour operator - Turtess, met, transfer, well, everything is as usual, the guide girl entertained all the way, albeit with a little old jokes, but the travel time did not noticeably pass. When settling in Crystal Flora at the reception, they didn’t even take the traditional $ 20 for settling in a better room, motivating this by the fact that the room had already been determined in advance, strange, but oh well! The rooms are actually small, but we were aware of this and it was not a priority. The staff practically does not speak Russian, but my knowledge of English helped. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, oddly enough the representative of the hotel - the Turks communicate well in German. The priority among the guests is the Germans, everything is for them. If you go to any of the bars, then believe me, they will serve the Germans first, and then maybe you. The UAI system does not stand up to criticism, you will not find any imported drinks there, I mean free ones. There is gin, Baileys, Campari, everything is imported, but a glass costs 12 dollars. After one in the morning all local drinks are also for a fee. The food in the main restaurant does not shine with variety, besides, there is a dress code, one of ours was almost detained and the police were not called, since men in shorts that do not completely cover their knees are not allowed to enter, so if you have nothing else, then get ready to buy it or go hungry. The mini bar in the room was not replenished. On the second day, we noticed that many people walk with bandaged legs, but why did we guess when we came to the sea. The beach is large pebbles, several times larger than on the city beach in Yalta, entering the sea with bags, you can do without them, then you will need bandages. As a result, we didn’t receive much that was stated in the rider and on the hotel’s website, and two days later we insisted on moving us to another hotel that we knew. We must pay tribute to the Turtesse company, there were no problems with the resettlement, and the help and mutual understanding of their representatives was at a very high level. Of the pluses, I note - a very well-groomed and green area, the beach is very long and there is enough space for everyone. There are many shops and cafes across the road from the hotel, so there is where to wander around, the animation is not very good, although I can’t really insist on it and haven’t seen it. The bar is gloomy, the atmosphere is also gloomy in the bar, it's funny that the juices are diluted with water, it's disgusting to drink, when they made a remark - they brought a normal one, then the situation repeated itself. So, unfortunately, the hotel does not pull more than 3 stars, as for me. It is strange that Krystal, who has 9 hotels, does not understand this.
