No wonder they say that everything is known in comparison. Last year we had a rest in Marti Myra HV-1 in Tekirova, everything was 10 points there. Crystal Flora is also good, if you do not notice the little things in service. We lived in "sixes", so there are no complaints about the room, all the rooms are excellent there. At our request, they brought toothbrushes and bathrobes, which should be. The most upsetting thing was that in restaurants often came across unwashed appliances, but the waiters and managers apologized and immediately changed everything. There are no complaints about food, although it did not differ in great variety and sophistication, but everything is of consistently high quality. The biggest pluses of the hotel are its location with beautiful landscapes, a huge beach strip (and without a shortage of sunbeds) and excellent children's animation. Daughter Diana (5.5 years old) recalls with delight Dina, Yulia, Muslim, Erdi and Vulkan, who gave 200% every day. I recommend this hotel for families with children.
