Sunmar sells this hotel as 4 stars, but it doesn't even qualify for a normal 3.

The hotel is located in such a way that all rooms face either the road on which cars constantly drive, or the pool where the music of two hotels rumbles at once. The hotel itself does not have a territory, the whole territory is the hotel itself, a swimming pool and a mini playground three by three meters with a slide. The general impression of the hotel is filthiness and shabby everywhere, both in the rooms and by the pool and in the dining room.

Initially, we were settled in room 211 in which the air conditioner worked barely and at the same time it stank unbearably. At the request, they moved to 201, where the air conditioner worked well, but the overhead light was not on, the hair dryer practically did not dry anything, and after taking a shower, the water spread throughout the bathroom and did not want to go into the hole in the floor intended for it. Therefore, the toilet had to wade through the water.

No hot water in the morning!
Because the sun does not shine at night and cannot heat the water barrels on the roof. The hottest water is in the afternoon, in the evening only warm. And one evening it was not at all, neither cold nor hot.

The room has two beds (normal mattresses), a wardrobe, a mirror and a cabinet with a compartment for a mini-bar. There is no mini-bar itself, as well as the declared TV. Bed linen and towels washed to a gray color, at first it’s not even clear - are they washed or just dirty?
The women's toilet on the ground floor is still without light. Once I watched how a local Turkish woman was cleaning there - she wiped the sink and faucet with a rag, after which she tore off a paper towel and opened the faucet with this towel. You just washed it! ! ! Why are you afraid to touch him with your bare hands? !

The food in the dining room is tasty, but monotonous. The garnish is mostly either rice or pasta. The meat is cooked once a day for dinner and you have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes.
Sometimes there are soy dumplings and some other soy things that look like nuggets. Of the rest, these are cucumbers and tomatoes in different variations or eggplants with peppers, also in different variations. And also two types of raw cabbage just chopped on a dish. But it’s beautifully laid out) The cook cooks really tasty, but if they bring him mostly eggplants and cucumbers, you won’t run away much here. Breakfast was rice porridge with jam.

Now the bar has cola, packaged juices, local wine (red and white), regular and local vodka + tonics. All this periodically ends or they just say that it's over, I don't know. Beer is free and costs $3. Moreover, this is not indicated anywhere on the Sunmar website, they sell the hotel as all inclusive. Even in the most shabby triples, beer is free, but here it is paid. The bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm.
Also Sunmar's website does not state that some rooms do not have air conditioning. .

There were tourists who had to sleep two nights without air conditioning, and this is in forty-degree heat! Only after the scandal at the reception the air conditioner was installed. The owner of the hotel saves literally on everything, there are not even teaspoons in the dining room, instead of them there are disposable chopsticks. Moreover, scandals at the reception occur regularly, not only ours, but also the Turks, who also rest in this hotel, quarrel with the owner. Hotel guides Sunmar and Coral Travel do not help tourists in any way, they brought, settled and then flounder as you like. At a meeting with the hotel guide, I wrote a claim to change the hotel, the next day they called and offered to move to a hotel about which exactly the same lousy reviews. . In general, sewed on soap. After that, I called the hotline several times, each time they promised to sort it out and call me back, but they never called back, although they had both my phone and my husband's phone.
The staff, as written in other reviews, is really friendly, they try to help tourists to the best of their ability. The guys in the dining room clean quickly, diligently, smiling. The receptionists are also normal guys, and they also seem to be trying, but you can’t jump higher than the owner. Thanks to Velly (I don't know if I spelled the name correctly) who provided us with lunch boxes before an early departure)

To the sea is really 5 minutes of leisurely walk. The hotel does not have its own beach, you have to go to the public one. Entry into the sea is very inconvenient, a boulder on a boulder, rescued by corals. There are not enough sun loungers at peak times. By the way, in the pool which is at the hotel, you can’t swim after seven in the evening, like this. Owner's order.

Our vacation is made up of these little things, and you can close your eyes to some little things. But when the amount of these little things with a minus sign begins to dominate, then think about what impressions you will bring home?
I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. But if you are a vegetarian walrus who loves to rinse with cold water in the morning, and besides, you don’t care what bed linen you sleep on and what freshness towel you dry yourself on - then you are here!
