There is the Ares Endam Hotel, and there is the Endam Garden Hotel. Vouchers were purchased at the Ares Endam Hotel, the word Garden is missing in the voucher and, in principle, it doesn’t matter what kind of standard room you have, or with some incomprehensible prefix, they accommodate everyone at the start in the Garden, well, or pay extra $ 15 per day. Endam Garden Hotel also has such a hotel, it is written 3, but this is not a hotel, there are practically no reviews and all are not written by tourists, these are whitewashed minks without a restaurant and with a pool of 2 square meters and with the same squares in the room, a room for staff.

This is not a hotel friends, I'm not one of those who write reviews in general for 11 years, I travel several times a year and have been to Turkey many times from Alanya, Antalya, Beldibi, Goynuk, Kemer, Kirish, Chamva (4.5 * All. Ultra hotels All), before this hotel, my position was simple: you are on vacation, enjoy yourself, forget about minor troubles.

After this bedbug, everything changed: it’s good to have a rest, don’t rush at any cost, read reviews, when the mood deteriorates from unimportant food, under a tired interior is one thing, but FRAUD and treating people like cockroaches kills any impressions of tourism in Turkey.

Non-working elevator, we young people can run to the 3rd floor, but on the way you will meet older people who were ridiculously settled on the 4th floor for 15-20 minutes, these people need to get into the room, there are no air conditioning systems anywhere except the rooms (not all of them work, we were lucky), it’s very hard to look at these people going up to the room, you will get an unpleasant aftertaste.

Garbage on the floors, you will have to see every day on the floors - toilet bowls, trunks with linen, garbage from the rooms, believe me - this is not pleasant and it doesn’t matter if the toilet is new on the floor or removed for replacement, this rubbish will probably be removed after the last tourist will leave the bedbug.

The staff is dark, but they are useless people, who have at least a little squeamishness on the second day will not be able to eat in the dining room (there is no way to call the restaurant a language). The reason is banal - the tables after people who have eaten, and you will have to wipe and clean the people from several hotels in the dining room. I'm not talking about cleaning in the dining room, they either don't do it at all, or maybe once every two days.
4. There is food, but by no means can it be called tasty, the second one is always cold, it is not heated a priori, with the exception of chicken cooked in the assortment. If you are late, then what remains is that no one wanted to eat at all. Eating without a queue will not work, there is no queue only for tomatoes and cucumbers. Moreover, in a few days you will want to just eat elsewhere. Come 3.40 minutes before the end of the meal, you will be left without food, there will be no meat 100%, and from meat it is chicken mackerel fish.
Elementary olive oil does not happen for several days. The answer of the imaginary staff is always the same. . Sweet - a couple of types of cakes at a time, then you will throw it away. From fruits - Watermelon, sometimes unripe apples.

They don’t clean the rooms, they can write it down, but no one will clean it, they don’t take out the garbage and there’s a circus in general, you’ll have to take the garbage out of the toilet yourself and then look at it if you leave it on the floor, although in principle people leave and constantly return and passing by the bags just imagine what is there.
6. The water is always cold in the morning, a contrast shower in the heat is cool, the water is turned off regularly, and this happens upon arrival from the sea, so the advice for those who read is to wash on the beach, otherwise you will sometimes have to dine salty.
The faucet does not close completely, water drips loudly, and all the plumbing is 20 years old, no less, the pan is about to fall apart, the drain cannot cope, and water flows to the floor. There is also a drain in the floor, but it is a higher level than the rest of the floor, so the water does not escape.
7. Water semi-slide, about which they write, is a dummy, because it does not work. For the entire period, no one has moved out of it.

8. Wi-fi is paid only in the lobby, it catches very badly and slowly, and if more than 15 people are sitting (plus or minus 5), it will not connect at all.

9. On the beach, sun loungers are signed from each hotel, just don’t lie down on any one you like. A bored caretaker, the CHIEF of the beach, walks along the beach, tries to settle something with signed sunbeds, pesters with conversations, jokes, advice, pretends to be a security guard, bullies. At the endam hotel, most of the sunbeds are broken, and the sun umbrellas are for the view, they do not create shadows.
Friends, the Endam Hotel is a hole that I would not recommend anyone to visit even for a short stay. Do not spoil your vacation, do not waste money, there are no pluses here, sheer stress and survival.
I am writing this review with the hope that this hotel will close, so to speak, and there will be fewer such vipers. Stayed in August 2021.
