We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a courteous English-speaking girl at the reception said that, unfortunately, all the rooms are still occupied and check-in is only after one in the afternoon, but she will try to find something. We went to breakfast, and after breakfast we again approached the reception, where the "black-haired young man" Maxim said the same thing and hinted vaguely with the question "Are you not able to resolve issues? ". Well, I read about this Makhimka in the reviews before the trip, and therefore, in a cultural form, I explained where he needs to go and that I can and will solve "questions" with his leadership, to which Makhimka replied "come on! ", not knowing that my English is slightly above intermediate advanced. However, apparently a colleague girl suggested to him that I could still talk with the management. Makhimka brazenly said that we can go to the room and, opening the door to the luggage room, ran on foot to the second floor (we carried the bags ourselves). The room for two of us turned out to be a triple + a sofa for a child. The room is magnificent, though the windows in our case overlooked the neighboring hotel, but on the other hand it is very quiet. And in principle, we came to sleep in the room, so everything is class! However, for everyone who will go after us, I inform you: MAKHIMKA-extortionist is now a loader and DOES NOT WORK AT THE RECEPTION MORE after my heart-to-heart conversation with the owner of the hotel and another episode with our fellow countrymen. The rest of the staff treats customers very courteously and kindly.
If you stubbornly find fault, then there are no Ukrainian channels in the hotel TV, and the restaurant rarely serves french fries as a side dish. Some more are afraid of the remoteness of the beach - every half hour a free bus from the hotel goes there. It takes 5 minutes to drive, but the beach is almost the only one in Kemer where there is sand. the rest of the beaches have pebbles. The nearest beach is 200 meters from the hotel. Go exactly 3 minutes - specially spotted. The beach of someone else's hotel, but no one will forbid you to swim there. But your beach is much better! Yes, and you don’t have to go - they will load you on the porch into the bus and bring you almost to the water. In everything else - SUPER! . What is the pool with a waterfall, located in the middle of an orange garden! There are 4 outdoor pools and one indoor. EVERYTHING IS WORKING AND HEATING! There are two slides. If you are traveling with children, they will give you a rest there while the animators and the rest of the staff will take care of your child. Children are adored here. I don't like animation, but here the guys really give all their best at 100% - they are great smarties. In general, the owners of the hotel tried to make only pleasant impressions about their hotel. AS AN EXPERIENCED TOURIST I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE!!! ! YOU WILL NOT REGRET!
