In the mini-bar only on arrival there was a sachet of juice 200 ml and drinking water 0.5 l. At the reception, they categorically refused to fill the mini-bar, they say that in our country it is filled for vacationers only on the day of arrival, as a bonus. And the safe is free! even though the hotel brochure said it was free. In addition, only one person spoke Russian at the reception, a cat. Worked only 3 shifts in 8 days off.
In addition, I want to note the slow resettlement of visitors to rooms and the cunning of the administrator, the cat. immediately stated in plain text about the desire to be thanked for the "good number".
The hotel is located in the second line, but a bus runs to the beach every half an hour, but only the last departure from the beach is at 19.00 !! ! And the pool after 19.00 can not be used either. In short, no opportunities for evening swimming, when you wanted to swim most of all, since during the day it is incredibly hot. By the way, the first bus to the beach is at 10.00!!! ! when the sun is already hot.
