First of all, about the merits... in order... We flew from May 20 to May 30... We met very well, quickly resettled, carried all the things (and no one had to ask about it) Everything was very prompt. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day (at the same time, we gave the cleaning lady $ 10 only on the day of arrival). The food is very good and varied. There was plenty to eat for kids and adults alike. There was meat, and chicken, and vegetables, well, I’m generally silent about sweets (there were a LOT of them). In general, the food rating is 5+. Drinks, well, of course, I think that's the way it is everywhere, on the first day it usually seems g... and then you taste it and everything goes right))))... well, I forgot about something else... ahhh... exactly ANIMATION !!! ! ! ! this is top notch!!! ! They had fun all day and every time in different ways. I want to separately mention the "chief" of ICE (this is his name) an awesome person, as an animator, as a leader, as an organizer of this whole holiday!!!!! ! Well, his assistant ALENA is a good girl, very sociable, she will always help if you ask... In general, the hotel justifies its stars. Well done guys keep it up!
Due to the shortcomings, the only beach is far away with a child on foot (well, this is not particularly annoying, because buses go).
The disadvantage I can say is the current about the GUIDE from the tour operator PEGAS TOURISTIC !!!! ! The opinion leaves much to be desired! No girl, as requested, no action was taken... she just pushes her excursions and that's it... We learned about the return flight only after nine o'clock in the evening (at the same time, our flight was 8.00 in the morning !!!!!! ) Rating by operator 2 with a big big minus. . .
