The hotel is fully consistent with its 4 *. Not without flaws, of course, but the overall impression is quite positive.
We chose the hotel for a long time and carefully, because. least of all I wanted to face the eternally drunken youth companies of compatriots. As a result, we settled on the Garden resort - a family hotel. The choice was not regretted for a minute.
We arrived in the evening, around 19.30, so they settled us without delay. They put on bracelets, the boy from the reception helped carry the bag to the room. The room, however, turned out to be on the third floor and overlooking the windows of a neighboring hotel, although when booking they made a note on the voucher with a request to allocate a room on the 1-2 floor with a view of the mountains. But then how lucky, especially since the hotel is packed to capacity. The only drawback of the rooms on the third floor is the sloping ceiling in the bathroom, because of which people taller than 170 cm will feel uncomfortable when taking a shower (you have to bend down). And the shower itself is built into the wall, which does not allow you to adjust the direction of the water.

My husband and I were settled in a triple room (345) - one double bed and one single bed, bedside table, table, several chairs, wardrobe, TV. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. The TV on arrival was ancient, after a couple of days in our absence they changed it to a flat one. Although we almost did not turn it on, it was still a pleasant surprise.
There is a minibar in the room, where upon arrival you will find 1 small bottle of mineral water and 1 sachet of juice per person. It's free. The safe is located in the wardrobe, the use of it is paid, it costs $ 1.5 per day. You pay at the reception immediately for the entire period of your stay, they will give you a receipt for payment and help you set up a safe. Very convenient - a laptop, a camera, phones and money were left only there when leaving. Without excesses.
The room was cleaned every day. There are no cleaning instructions. Towels changed 1 time in 6 days, the bed is the same.
Please note that there are white towels (in the bathroom), they are for room use only. And there are blue ones in the closet - they are for the beach. You can change beach towels for clean ones yourself - every day by the pool, if I'm not mistaken, from 16.00 to 17.00.
The bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoos and shower gel in small bottles, soap, toilet paper.
There is air conditioning, it worked without interruption, we even got up several times at night to make the temperature higher - we froze
What is missing in the room are disposable slippers. Running barefoot on the floor is not very pleasant.
Hotel area
Deserves special praise. Clean, green and very beautiful. By the way, walking around Kemer, we paid attention to other hotels, everywhere there is a very small area, in fact, only the pool and the bar. The Garden resort has a huge territory compared to its neighbors. Everything is planted with bergamot trees, pomegranates, flowers, the lawns are mowed - well done! Between the restaurant and the hotel buildings there is a large swimming pool and two small ones for children (one with slides).

But a separate respect - for the relax zone. Since the hotel is family run, during the day the main pool is very noisy. But if you are relaxing without children, then you can cross the road and find yourself in a real paradise This is a bergamot garden, which has a separate pool, bar, toilet and shower, a clearing with a hammock and pillows. They are allowed there strictly from the age of 16.
There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone both at the main pool and in the relaxation zone, so it makes no sense to take them in advance. The pools are clean, there is a slight smell of chlorine, but with so many people - so be it.
Nutrition
The hotel has a main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are tables both in the hall and on the terrace. The cleanliness of the tablecloths on the tables sometimes left a lot to be desired, but on most days they seemed to be changed after each meal.
The food is excellent both in variety and quality. I don’t know to whom the proposed set may seem meager, I have not tried even a tenth of all this splendor. A huge selection of vegetables and fruits, incredible sweets, tea, coffee, juices without restrictions, alcohol is also served starting from lunch: beer, wine (red and white) and brandy. For breakfast, be sure to have an omelette and boiled eggs, buns, sausages, pancakes or pancakes, a large selection of cheeses and sausages. For lunch and dinner - soups, chicken in various dishes, fish, lamb, vegetable stews, rice, potatoes... You can't list everything. We got 3 themed dinners in 6 days: Italian, sea and Turkish. These days, all dishes were from the corresponding menu, very tasty and varied. Special thanks to the chef for the fish and mussels! The bread, it seems, is baked by themselves, there is a lot of it and different, the taste is excellent.
From 14.30 to 17.00 there is a snack bar on site, behind the slides. If someone can’t stand it until dinner, you can eat a hamburger or a hot dog there, collecting it yourself from the proposed ingredients. There were also pasta and pancakes with salted cottage cheese, watermelon and soft drinks. Everything is fresh and tasty.
There is also a "coffee break", I don't remember the exact time. Those who wish can drink tea or coffee with local sweets, with us all this happened in the corridor near the entrance to the main restaurant, on the ice cream stand.

Free local alcohol: white and red wine, brandy, Efes beer. The wine is dry, the taste is interesting, leaves a floral aftertaste. The beer is good, but it seems to be non-alcoholic - you drink and don't get drunk. The only thing I do not recommend taking is alcoholic cocktails (those that are free, so for sure), the taste is terrible and the state then is appropriate (anticipating the comments - we drank one each ).
Separately, I will say about the “a-la cart” restaurants. There are two of them, Italian and steakhouse. We were only in Italian. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are free, alcohol is extra. For dinner, you need to sign up in the morning of the day you want to go (with the girl Inna at the reception). The food is not very good. The "Pennes" were so spicy that it was difficult to eat them without pouring liters of water into oneself. The pizza is dry, and it wouldn’t hurt to cut it The wine is tasty, but expensive, on average 30 euros per bottle. For the money, there are better options. The service is polite and helpful.
Beach
We didn’t try to walk on foot, so I can’t confirm the information about the duration of the walk. There is a bus that goes from the hotel to the beach and back every half an hour from 8 am to 7 pm. The bus ride takes about 7-8 minutes. The beach is clean, there are more than enough sunbeds (however, we were both times in the evening, maybe there is a full house during the day). There is a bar, a toilet, a playground and mega chess The view from the beach is very beautiful, around the mountain. The sea is clean, but very salty, after the Black Sea is unusual. As my husband put it: “Run far for beer”, the bar is located above the beach.
Staff
Rudeness and arrogance were not noticed. Although the reception is bad, they speak Russian, the waiters in the restaurant and several bartenders do not know Russian, they spoke English with them. There is a Russian-speaking representative Inna, in the first half of the day she is always at her table near the reception, she makes an appointment for the restaurant, you can contact her with questions, she will always help. With the animators almost did not intersect, only went to shoot. The fact that the animation is mostly for children is rather a plus for a family hotel.
What does the hotel lack in my opinion?

1. Wi-fi in the rooms. Now the Internet is only in the lobby and near the main pool, it works intermittently and extremely slowly. And sometimes you need it urgently, working people will understand me.
2. Some room where you can come and iron your things on your own. Now you can give things to be ironed (as I understand it, they give them to some kind of laundry), but, firstly, they will return the next day, and secondly, it’s expensive. Agree that paying $ 2 to iron a shirt is too much.
3. It would be great to open a relaxation zone not from 10, as it is now, but before. By 10, the screaming children in the main pool already have time to take out the brain
The rest of the hotel is great, I recommend it. Good luck guys!
