In the spring, I solemnly promised to leave a review. I do. Special thanks to the forum members who told me about this hotel - fedul-kobra, Pachok, dmitrieva17 and others. The only thing - the beach was not quite sandy with small pebbles. A couple of steps from the shore, large boulders begin.

We were at the hotel October 2-13. This is our first trip abroad on vacation, so I can not compare with other hotels. Overall impressions are very good, only slightly less than enthusiastic.

About accommodation. Check-in was pretty early. Arriving at 5.30, walking around the territory, having breakfast and taking a nap in the lobby, we were already in the room at 10. We have the 337th with a window on the hotel grounds, our friend has the 332nd, the same room with a window on the main entrance. Because of the geometry of the room with a sloping ceiling, I got myself a couple of good bumps, despite the fact that I always tried to remember this architectural feature. About the shower built into the wall, only the lazy did not write here.
My first acquaintance with him was not very successful: I climbed into the bathroom, closed the curtain, adjusted the temperature of the water flowing from the tap and switched the flow to the shower. A tub of icy water spilled onto the back of his head. In the future, I changed the tactics of dealing with plumbing, but still I really want to believe that such a wonderful achievement of world civilization as a flexible shower hose will still get to all the hotel rooms. ) Otherwise, the room is decent, there is everything you need. From the suggestions - it would be nice to install a latch on the balcony door in the ajar state (we put the bag), and a soap dish, from which hotel soap would not fall through.

The territory is very well maintained, the pools are clean, but the water during our stay in them was very cool. The beach was probably my biggest disappointment, because I was used to the sandy Anapa beach and the cobblestones at the entrance to the sea (and especially at the exit from it) created serious discomfort.
The minus is not in the presence of the cobblestones themselves, but in the fact that in the description of the hotel the beach is designated as sandy, which is not entirely true. Everything else on the beach is wonderful - there are a lot of sunbeds, comfortable stools on which you can put glasses, there is a bar nearby. "Shuttle" to the beach does not bother at all. Yes, it would be nice to fix the tennis table and replace the rackets, but even so we managed to warm up a bit. But the big plus of the hotel is the relax garden. It was very nice to lie by the pool to the sound of the waterfall when the sea was stormy. I also really liked the calm contingent of vacationers. I have never seen any excesses, everyone is very polite and friendly.

About the service. As absolute beginners in the early days, we were a little lacking in what programmers call a “friendly interface”. Well, for example, in bars other than Harem, there is no list of drinks that they have.
It was only on the third day that we found out that from the apparatus, where Fanta and Cola, they can pour mineral water with gas. And we learned about ayran in the snack bar towards the end, because it works only 2.5 hours when we are usually not on site. Reading the reviews before the trip, I saw how one of the authors was indignant at the behavior of tourists throwing garbage into buckets for cups on the beach. It's good that I read about it and knew. I observed a situation when a child unwrapped a candy and threw a piece of paper at a nearby intelligent family. Dad told him sternly - people are cleaning here, immediately pick it up and throw it into that bucket, they hung it on purpose. That is, in many such cases, a sign with the text “only for glasses” would be enough, since a huge glass drawn on them can cause a bunch of associations. ) For cleaning the rooms, the main complaints are the inattention of the maids, who constantly forget to put either towels or sheets.
Issues are resolved, but great service should be invisible and not require frequent “manual intervention”. For those who like to sleep longer, keep in mind that from 8.00 the maids begin to communicate very loudly with each other across the entire corridor. We did not need animation, but it was present at the hotel. They unobtrusively invited to play volleyball on the beach, in competitions near the pool, etc. The children ran in a flock after the animator girl. During the rest we visited a magician's performance and a good evening of live music. Apart from a few "quibbles" there were no problems with the service. All the staff are very friendly and really eager to help.

About food. Here everything is just wonderful. I really liked the mashed soups scolded by many. In general, there was not a single dish that I could not eat and left on the plate. Everything is delicious in its own way. The huge rows of cheeses, olives and pastries are impressive. I ate lamb for the whole next year.

In general, everything is great. From the suggestions - for tea it would be nice to put larger mugs. We had to go to the apparatus several times. As for alcohol, I didn't really like whiskey. All other drinks - white and red wine, vodka, brandy, and especially beer - are at a quite decent level. In general, a well-deserved five.

Peripartum. We liked Kemer - a clean, cozy town, which is sometimes nice to walk around, look at beautiful shop windows, go to the sea. (Especially on days when the weather was cool). The peculiarities of local trade with the need to bargain were very unusual for us, and as a result, we made all purchases in supermarkets with fixed prices. Cards are accepted in stores. Upon my return, I calculated at what rate they took me. It turned out 16.28 rubles. per lira, while the official rate was 16.23, which is quite acceptable.

We went on one excursion "Mira - Kekova - Church of St. Nicholas".
A Pegasus rep offered for $60 (and a $4 "today only" discount). Ginza Travel charged $23 for the same tour. I liked the tour itself - informative, beautiful views, excellent bus, competent guide.

In the end, the whole holiday went very well. Next year we will consider the Garden Resort as one of the options for a vacation with my daughter and I will gladly recommend it to friends.
