so, having learned that the hotel had recently opened, my husband and 2 children decided to fly. since there is an opinion while new is fresh, it should be great!
Arriving - "having rested" - while paying as for the prime five - returned in complete disappointment.

1. The price does not match the quality.
2. The nature and location of the hotel does not differ from Crimea.
3. the sea in Crimea is much cleaner.
4. You won’t surprise our family with hygiene products and other nonsense in the room, we also take condoms with us (if necessary), including I don’t use cosmetics in hotels (I don’t risk it).
5. food, - food at the hotel is WEAK. we rested in other fives, the food really leaves much to be desired!!! ! especially childish.
6. Doctor - you can say NO.
7. room service. . . the bed is changed, with a complaint, with a 20-time repetition, and pointing a finger. They also clean the rooms.

8. in the bathroom, tiles are already cracked and parts of the shower door are falling off.
9. air conditioners in the rooms are very noisy, the children woke up at night from the noise (it suddenly starts and turns off).
10. reception - completely illiterate and unfriendly.
11. Shuttle buses deliver only 2 times with luggage, at the beginning of arrival and back. ALL to the sea or the restaurant. more precisely the DINING room no one will give you a ride.
