We rested in Gyural from July 25 to August 21 with 2 children 11 years old. The hotel is presented for families with children.

About the shortcomings that ruined the vacation.

1. About the general restaurant - a dirty canteen (in no case is it a restaurant): from unwashed dishes to dirty, in the ground, vegetables and fruits. Sour salads, weathered pastries, almost complete absence of normal meat (they save money), food burned on the outside and raw inside, dirty chairs, 90% of the waiters simply don’t notice you (even tips don’t work). The result of this "nutrition", which has documented evidence: on the 4th day of stay, a child with food poisoning was admitted to the hospital (he was under a dropper). We did not receive any apology from the hotel, we were denied a meeting with the manager. The boorish girl spoke as follows: "Well, who poisoned you there? Your child has an aversion to seafood. " I note that I bring my children to Tekirova from the age of 5, but SUCH happened in Gyural. There are a lot of poisonings among children in this hotel, the doctor constantly has a queue of children with vomiting and diarrhea. The Germans, whose vacation was insured, after the poisoning of two children, simply changed the hotel.
About other restaurants - the food is the same as in the canteen, but for 20 euros per person.
2. There is no service on the beach. Dirty sun loungers, broken umbrellas, dishes and rubbish are not removed at all. Beach towels are very often issued already used.
3. Now about the vaunted territory: there is little greenery, almost everywhere you go in the sun. I affirm as a specialist: there is no landscape design in the hotel, young plants are planted in a square-nested method, everything is in weeds, the lawn is burnt out, there are almost no flowers. The paths are not washed (dried puddles from drinks, spitting, vomiting), garbage is not removed.
4. Buses and cars of attendants drive at great speed along the footpaths on the territory of the hotel. So they simply did not think about the safety of children and adults.
5. Several times I saw strangers entering the hotel from the city beach. The security guards don't react at all.
6. The audience even comes to dinner in swimsuits and shorts. There are a lot of citizens of Kazakhstan. I have nothing against it, but they have not yet learned how to drive in public places.
