The hotel is excellent, the rooms are cleaned almost every day. The food is varied, the staff is friendly, almost all the waiters and bartenders speak Russian. 50% of the representatives of the former USSR (Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs and even the Balts) rested in the hotel, and 50% were Turks with families or young companies. Before checking into the hotel, Ruslan met us, gave us a sightseeing tour of the hotel, carried our luggage to the room. There is no animation in the hotel and, frankly, thank God. (Relatives rested in a hotel with animation and complained about the constant noise from it until the very night). Very good and comfortable atmosphere, excellent location both to the sea and to the center with shopping streets. Of the 4 * hotels in Kemer - this is the most worthy!
