The hotel was advised by the Tez tour manager, plus I read reviews on Turpravda.
In order:
Location:
It is located near the beaches and the mini zoo, near the mini zoo there is a small area for recreation and photo shoots, a small park with benches, palm trees, flowering trees and bushes, a pond in which fish swim.
From the concentration of retail outlets (shops, kiosks, pharmacies, exchanges) about 15 minutes, but only if you walk along the hotel line. If you walk along the promenade, along the beaches it turns out much longer.
Hotel infrastructure:
The hotel itself is nice, has two spacious pools, there is an indoor pool with cooler water. There are not always enough sunbeds, it is better to come in advance, take your sunbed with a towel, which is provided in the spa, if you have already checked into the hotel. The towel must be returned after 2 days, and you can take new ones.
There are also 3 baths - Finnish, Roman and hammam.

Hammam is spacious, marble is everywhere, but I was not interested.
Finnish sauna autumn is pleasant, rarely where you will find such a gentle temperature in the Finnish sauna. You can stay there long enough.
The Roman sauna is also a pleasant, non-irritating temperature, high humidity in the room, a lot of steam.
There is an opportunity on the territory of the spa area to take a shower, put your things in a locker, take a cup of tea.
Internet
There is almost no Wi-Fi, the Internet only catches in the lobby, sometimes near the pools, but rarely.
The more people at the moment in the hotel, the less likely it will be to catch the Internet well.
Kitchen
There is always plenty of food.
For breakfast, then pancakes, then pancakes, then scrambled eggs, then scrambled eggs.
And of course, you can pick whatever you want. There are several types of cheese that taste like cheese and Adyghe cheese, there are many types of sausages, ham, herbs, breakfast cereals, buns, both sweet and neutral. Desserts are always served. Desserts are really tasty, there are many types of jams.
Lunch and dinner.
Served meat - chicken and beef, in different forms.
There were french fries, rice, grilled vegetables, stew. Lots of eggplant dishes, many really tasty. Delicious cherry tomatoes.
Be prepared for the fact that almost all food will be either fatty, or neutral, or peppery, or salty, etc.
There is simply no children's menu.
Stuffing children with salt and pepper is fraught.
For an adult visitor to the hotel - there is a huge amount and variety of food.
Transfer to the hotel
It was easy to find representatives of our operator at the airport.
The guide on the bus quite interestingly tells some points, interesting facts about Turkey.
It takes a little over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel.
Minuses:
1. Check with the manager the time of arrival and departure, the time of check-in at the hotel.
Everything is standard in this hotel - check-in at 14, check-out at 12.

I had a charter, respectively, the probability of changing the time of departure of the aircraft. My flight was two hours earlier than planned.
About six was in the hotel, and settled at the beginning of the first. And then, for happiness, apparently.
At the reception they refused to check in in the morning, although they offered to pay extra.
Please note that even without accommodation you are entitled to breakfast, lunch, etc. ,
You also have the right to visit the spa area, where you can leave your bags in the locker, change clothes, take a shower, swim in the pool, take a steam bath, drink tea.
You can also leave your luggage at the reception.
2. Check numbers.
The shower was leaking in my room, the balcony did not close completely (and this is important, because in the evening the music at the hotel plays very loudly).
The view from the room can be:
To another hotel
On the buildings of the same hotel
On the road
To the pools
The pools are more picturesque, but in the evening, too noisy, by 24 the noise subsides slightly, but not completely.
In this regard, I do not recommend the hotel to the elderly and families with small children.
Excursions
3. I was on an excursion to the hammam, it took 10-15 minutes to get there. There is a transfer.
The tour costs $10.
Due to the fact that I took other excursions, this one turned out to be free.
Hammam cons:
A) for those who are not used to the very harsh temperatures of saunas - not an option. There is nothing to breathe in the Finnish, and especially the Turkish sauna, it feels very uncomfortable. I don't recommend it for older people at all.
B) after the saunas you are escorted to the jacuzzi.
Then peeling in the hammam. In fact, you are doused with water (head, body), then rubbed with a hard glove, then there is a soapy foam massage, then again doused with water. I advise girls to definitely take a swimsuit, rely on hard peeling, do not paint at all, all cosmetics will flow.
I didn’t like the peeling, apparently, it’s weak for such a hard peeling).
B) mud face mask
Easy procedure. They smeared you, held the mask on your face, then you yourself went and washed it off.

The face after that is really smooth, fresh.
It is advised to take a classic oil massage of the whole body after the procedures.
Everything would be fine, but:
In the middle of the massage, an interpreter comes up to you and says that the masseuse saw terrible problems in you and you urgently need to take a course of massages, well, at least do a massage with stones.
Extra massages are steamed for everyone, I was steamed for 45 dollars. reflex therapy and mountain stone massage for 35 USD.
They really insist that you do something. Other people soared and 55, and 60 dollars.
Another point is that there is no hair dryer in the women's locker room. If you have long hair, take note.
We had to wait about half an hour for the transfer to the hotel.
Buses run every half hour.
I understand that all these are trifles, but near Kiev I saw and felt the service better and the stay in the spa was more comfortable.
4. Excursion to Antalya.
Don't expect to stop to see the sights or take pictures along the way.
It will not happen. You will pass beautiful places, quickly, and that's it).
The tour starts at 9:00 am and returns at lunchtime.
The driver can safely be late for 30 - 45 minutes. Consider.
The tour will include a visit to a jewelry store, a textile store, a leather store. You can choose one or two items.
In the jewelry store there are worthwhile items, even original ones, but the prices are like at home - for all discounts, etc. a gold thin ring or earrings, with a semi-drag, will not cost less than 120 dollars. Silver will cost 25-200 dollars, but there the choice is worse.
The consultant does not leave you a single step, offers alcoholic drinks, anything, if only there were more in the store. You will not be allowed to see something on your own. They persuade, beg, etc.
Textile shop.
Nothing to talk about at all. There is no choice, the products are not of the best quality, the threads stick out, the seams are uneven.
And I am familiar with the quality things in Turkey. Because this store is amazing.

When leaving, you pass through the household department, the linen department, sweets department, the children's department, etc.
Those. they do anything to get you to leave money there. Although the goods are there as everywhere in the district. My friends say that there are cool towels and bedding. I didn't, I don't know.
By the way, the moment you are brought in, the air conditioner in the bus is turned off so that, God forbid, you don’t sit on the bus while the tour is taking place.
This is done consciously.
I didn’t have leather in the store, I don’t know what choice there is.
5. Excursion to Pamukkale.
I took it from Kemer, the guide can pretend not to hear when you ask how much to get to the place.
Really - it will take 3.5-4 hours, with minimal stops.
It is better to get from Marmaris to Pamukkale.
Ask about the travel time and the number of stops along the way.
If you are going on a tour, take lunch boxes from your hotel.
There will be no breakfast.
Departure at 4:40. Consider. It will be too boring for kids.
Arrival at the hotel from the excursion is announced at 17-18 hours. In fact, the arrival will be no earlier than 19-20 hours.
Swimming in the Cleopatra pool is not included in the price of the tour. According to reviews, swimming will cost $10 min.
At the height of summer, the Cleopatra pool will be crowded with tourists.
Lunch will be served on site.
Regarding the organization of excursions, etc. , check with the guide if it is possible to return money for an unused excursion in the case of a formajor.
I had a force majeure on health, the guide was informed a day before, there was an attempt to return the money.
The guide said - contact the insurance company, fix the medical case, get a certificate, then present this certificate and the issue will be considered.

The Tez tour manager, for her part, also through her superiors, tried to figure out what could be done. As if there were no complaints about the manager. Tried to figure everything out. But in fact, there was a refusal to return the money for the tour and an offer to go to the reception so that they could help save this tour for other hotel visitors.
Naturally, at the reception a complete refusal. Either they pretend that they do not know the language, or they say that this is not accepted in our country.
Conclusion - any force majeure and you will not return your money, regardless of how many days you canceled the tour.
And this is not a street tour, but bought from its operator TPG.
I will update the review as much as possible.
I hope the information in the review will be useful to someone.
