The hotel. . . there is no desire from the leaders and the administration to do a little more! Administrators are unpleasant, dismissive, pretending not to understand you.
We arrived at 21, got to the hotel at 23. They didn't want to feed us. At the same time, about 15 people settled that evening, and the hotel knew that so many people would arrive, but they did not want to take care of us. We had children with us, some traveled 6-8 hours to the airport, and then the same amount to the hotel.
Breakfast - a queue of 20 people. Turns out they are fried eggs. 2 people on hand!! ! One grandfather, and the second a nervous and unpleasant person, throwing food like animals, always dissatisfied with everything. Why not increase the number of people for distribution? Maybe then there won't be a line.

Monotonous breakfasts, as mentioned above. The same, cheapest cookie. Fruit is watermelon, orange for breakfast. And apples. Everything. Although the cherry season and on the street at retail, it costs $ 2.
Pancakes for 10 days were once, and this is... a gray mass.
Lunch and dinner consisted of ta-dam 6 courses and soup! Two meat, or meat and fish, 2 side dishes rice and pasta, mostly sometimes potatoes, stewed vegetables, stuffed peppers, spinach. Everything except rice is always seasoned with something, spicy, tomato sauces. The meat that they call turkey and which is served every day in different interpretations (in the form of minced meat) is actually of unknown origin, neither beef nor lamb, but definitely not turkey!

Dinner is the same. Once my child ate rice and potatoes, as there was nothing to choose from.
Slides work on time and only two of the four. The gym is closed - the answer is coronavirus! You can watch football on the big screen (the Ukrainian national team played) - no, the coronavirus, while there is an eternal queue in the dining room, especially for breakfast!
The bedding is stated to be changed every 3 days, they forgot to change it, after a reminder for 4 - they forgot again, on the fifth - they reminded us again and changed about a miracle! More than 10 days so no one tried to change. Towels were changed twice in 10 days.
Wi-fi only in the lobby or near the pool, you need to reconnect every hour. When leaving, no one asked us if we needed food on the road.
Waiters, kitchen and bar workers always wear masks! The tables were treated with an antiseptic, the glasses were washed in dishwashers.
The rest could not be spoiled by all of the above, but if I had honest reviews, this hotel would NOT have been chosen unambiguously!
