УЖАС HORROR

We stayed at this hotel in May, arrived on 26/05. And so I can attribute daily cleaning to the pluses, but also until you poke your nose - for example, wash the floor - they didn’t clean it, the bed was often changed and towels. The choice of food for 4 * is normal, they gained a lot of extra pounds, a lot of sweets, they constantly gave melon, apples and oranges. There is no meat, only mostly soy and chicken for joy. The pool is good - large and deep, they constantly took water for analysis - they checked it.
To the cons. Noise isolation is really bad, all night my husband and I listened to the neighbors quarreling and sorting things out, word for word everything is heard. There is no shower, a thin curtain is hung, which does not reach the floor and the whole bath was constantly in the water. The bath itself is very small.
As for the service, my husband and I had D. R. and our friends came to the reception 10 times to order fruit and wine, they constantly "forgot". In the bar on the street at 23.30 they already give out only strictly 2 paper cups of a drink (for the company this is a minus), no matter how much they argued - it's useless (((

The hotel itself is small - you can simply say NO to the territory, the contingent is completely different, from young people 18-25 years old to 50-60 years old women with husbands, there are not many foreigners. P. e. I can not say that this is a youth hotel. Longing, boredom, if not for the company. There are practically no discos and animations, except for Thursday, a 2-hour disco and EVERYTHING!! ! Of course, there is also free admission to the Aura club, but our guys went there and returned ch. z. 40 min. What kind of club is this - where there is no normal dance floor, only racks and alcohol at crazy prices.
A separate story about the beach - I have never seen worse in my life (I was in Turkey 3 times in different towns), very small, the sunbeds are located right next to each other and it’s simply not realistic to push them apart, there is very little space. Well, accordingly, there is no bar, only a cooler with water is standing and the worst thing is that behind you there is a cliff, along which you get to the beach by the stairs (2-3 meters) and due to this, at 13-14 hours there is simply NO sun on the sea , I was shocked. Towels are given out for free, and on the sites they write that there are NO towels.
And another moment, for example, the time was 23.40 for her husband D. R. we took alcohol in half and asked to turn on normal music (there were Turkish sleepy tunes), so that we could dance and in general for the mood. I went to the bartender, he was point-blank - NO and that's it, even die. Then I told him that you earn "good" advertising for yourself - I will definitely place it on the sites. After 5 minutes - turned on, but especially quietly, we tried to dance and spat.
In short, they do everything by 24:00 quietly and calmly so that everyone goes to bed and is dying of boredom. Even at this 2-hour disco, the last 20 minutes. play some slow songs. HORROR. And who is without a couple and what???? ? At 24.00, the lights are turned off everywhere, and there is complete silence and just try to turn it on, they immediately come running - TURN OFF!
We are a calm company, there were no problems with us for the whole vacation, no one ever complained about us, everything went peacefully, but they don’t care.
Here is such a "youth" and "good" hotel)!!! !
