We got scammed twice in one morning! Fraudsters! They take money for a hotel in the center of Kemer, and settle in the village. Kirish!!!! ! Two hotels have the same owner. They sell one hotel at a higher price, and settle in another, where the cost is cheaper. Naturally, no one will return the money to you. But we didn't give up!! ! We found a guide (helped by vacationers who had also settled with a scandal the day before from Kirish), called. He arrived. The only person that morning who behaved correctly and calmly towards us was the guide, Yaroslav from TUI. Thank him very much!!! ! He quickly arrived and resolved our issue with the hotel. At 14.00 we were finally settled.
ROOM. We settled in building D, above the bar. The hotel has 4 buildings. A, B and C are repaired. Building D is just awful! We got room 427. Without a balcony, without a refrigerator, with a TV that remembers the times of Ataturk. In addition, as it turned out later, he worked without sound, he had no sound at all. There was not a single hanger in the closet (they were given to us on the third day, after repeated entries in some kind of magazine at the reception). Plumbing is dead, constantly flowing water in the toilet. The water in the shower was not regulated - either boiling water or cold. One socket per room and one for TV. After talking with vacationers, we learned that in order to check into a good room, you have to pay extra in cash at the reception. We decided not to contact them anymore.

RESTAURANT. It's hard to call this place a restaurant. Public catering. There wasn't enough room for everyone. They ran with plates looking for someone who had already eaten and left. Tables were wiped badly or not wiped at all. A couple of times I came across forks and knives which, it seems, have not been washed. There was dry food. The food is monotonous. All inclusive is a strong word. They gave 1 plum / pear / apple in 1 hand. 2 slices of watermelon, no more!!! ! 1 peach!!! ! Horror!!!!
I will not visit this hotel again. And I don't recommend it.
