We rested in this hotel from July 18-25 for 13.700 UAH and at this price this is a normal hotel. The hotel is not big, our room was also small with a tired renovation, but not terrible. They check in at 14:00, if you need earlier, then $ 20. Cleaning was so-so, but they still took out the trash every day, changed bed sheets once and towels twice a week. At first they thought that there would be sleepless nights, since the windows overlooked the main street, and the windows themselves did not close tightly, there were gaps, but surprisingly, we slept well and did not hear the noise (maybe because we were tired, so much walked).
The food is monotonous and not particularly tasty, depending on what, but they did not remain hungry and there were no stomach problems. There was a chicken often, there was even a lamb, twice a fish. There were delicious cakes. With fruits mostly watermelon, a few times there were apples and plums. The beer is not diluted, which was very surprising, they did not try anything else with alcohol. In the morning there were powdered juices of theirs, but for lunch and dinner, fanta, cola, sprite were poured from bottles, but the minus is that they are poured into small glasses of 100 or 150 ml, which is very inconvenient... you need to run to take a few. If you have your own bottle, you can get cold water in the machine in the room.
Dining room on the street under a canopy, we thought there would be a bunch of flies. But it was that somewhere there one would fly by, well, we didn’t land on food, and where they distribute food, we didn’t observe them either. At first, the chefs gave out food from under the glass, there were long queues. The glass was removed after a few days. The tablecloths on the tables were stained, they were taken away after a few days. Go to the sea for 3-5 minutes. The sea is amazing, very clean. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, without corals it is very inconvenient to enter. The hotel does not have its own sunbeds on the beach. Therefore, either you buy for $ 2, or you lie on a towel, which we did. Internet in the hotel is paid: 10 dollars per phone. We bought ourselves a SIM card for $27.
Bottom line: the hotel has disadvantages, but with such a sea and nature, they have faded into the background and did not spoil the rest, and if you take into account the cost of the tour, then even more so. For that kind of money, I would return to this hotel.

2. Girls - cleaners: they did their job perfectly, towels and bedding were changed 3 times in 7 days, they tried to clean well, pleasant and smiling. At the table, plates and garbage are also immediately cleaned, there are no questions about cleaning - only gratitude for the work.
3: Kitchen: the plates are cracked and beaten - which is not pleasant and not acceptable for eating. To take food on the street - in the heat, flies fly, people and children grab with their hands, it's not very pleasant. Also comparing with other 4 * hotels, the food is a little short, but you will not be hungry. It was a very tasty soup. Watermelon, melon, plum, apple were. Vegetables + - enough. But every day for a side dish of pasta - tired in 7 days.
4. Bar: a nice bartender, but why in a 4 * hotel the bar is open from 11 to 16, at other times you can only drink tea, coffee or water. Saving beer? Well, here it does not hold out for 4 *. There was no animation, at 10 pm the lights were turned off on the territory.
5. BUT! The sea is nearby, the sea is clean, pleasant, sunbeds are paid. Around - gorgeous nature.
6. Nearby there is an opportunity to choose an excursion, the city center is also nearby, in the evening there is where to go.
Bottom line: if your vacation is budget, you can safely go here.

The light in the shower for the last 5 days of our vacation was blinking like light music, they left applications every day, the reaction was 0 ! ! THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AT ALL!!!
Once again I would not go there because of the small rooms, no hot water!! !

Upon arrival, we were again sent to Dream in Kirish, and this is a village without anything, there are just hotels, you can’t walk, and we specifically chose Kemer to be in the city. The staff at the reception is rude, just because we argued with them, it lasted for many hours, they settled us, but in the worst building "D", which was without renovation with bad rooms. Buildings A, B, C were newly renovated in 1919, we already knew about this before our arrival, so we wanted to go there, as the voucher indicated the standard room, not economy!
Even for extra money, they did not want to settle us in these good rooms. Every day they said tomorrow - tomorrow we will settle you in new rooms and it lasted 2 days! Only on the third day we were settled for free, finally in a normal room in building A. I had to get nervous and is this a vacation ? ! The relationship has already been damaged. We talked with our TUI representative, and we were told that this should not happen at all, we realized that this is the hotel policy for people to arrange an unforgettable vacation! )))
The hotel itself is not bad for this money, 2 swimming pools, normal food, vacationers are all friendly normal people. The staff is also good at the bar, in the dining room and room service. The hotel does not have its own beach, but you can go to any beach you like, sun loungers $ 2. Walk some 5 minutes. Another minus is the cats on the territory, it was not very pleasant for me to watch them, sometimes they even jumped on the chairs.
In general, it’s up to you to decide about the hotel whether to come here or not, but TO KEMER is a must, we have never seen such WARM and CLEAR WATER! ))))))

But remember guys that there are a lot of nuances in 4s and 5s, and you come to relax, not hang out in the room. It's also cool that there is a disco, we had enough to warm up. Wine, by the way, can be diluted with sprite and drunk as a cocktail, and beer, by the way, is delicious! In general, guys, thanks to your staff.

The owner has 2 hotels - Anita Kemer Noch Hotel in Kemer and Anita Dream Hotel in Kirish (turpravda. ua/tr/kemer/Anita_Dream_Hotel-h11313.html). And since there are fewer people who want to Dream (well, the hotel itself is 4 times more there), then everyone is forcibly taken there (moreover, TUI representatives are aware and "in the share").
After more than an hour of waiting, disputes and calls to the representative office of the tour operator, we were finally taken to the purchased hotel. We arrived there by 7.00 (this is taking into account that the arrival in Turkey is at 3.30). They said that there are no places before check-out (until 14.00). After 14.00 they tried to settle in a building without repair (there are 4 buildings, D - without repair) in a room without a balcony (although the standard with a balcony was paid).
After another dispute, they gave me the key to the room in the A-building - small, but normal with air conditioning, 32" telecom and a small refrigerator.
The hotel has no territory, 2 swimming pools (one of which is in the dining area). The beach also does not have its own and an agreement with any, too. To the public beach 5 minutes, sunbeds for $ 2.
Because of covid-19, you can’t pick up food yourself, the employees pour it - rice and pasta pour heartily, the rest needs to be begged or approached several times (which, given the constant queues, is not a very pleasant idea). If you arrive 30 minutes before the end of your meal, much of the food may no longer be available. The waiters, often with dissatisfied muzzles, give out food with an air as if you were taking away their portion from them ...

In general, if this is the situation in terms of nutrition this year in many hotels (even 5 *) - we talked with other vacationers, then the attitude spoils everything!
I do not recommend the hotel, despite the fact that we are not too demanding and spoiled tourists ...

They sell one hotel at a higher price, and settle in another, where the cost is cheaper. Naturally, no one will return the money to you. But we didn't give up!! ! We found a guide (helped by vacationers who had also settled with a scandal the day before from Kirish), called. He arrived. The only person that morning who behaved correctly and calmly towards us was the guide, Yaroslav from TUI. Thank him very much!!! ! He quickly arrived and resolved our issue with the hotel. At 14.00 we were finally settled.
ROOM. We settled in building D, above the bar. The hotel has 4 buildings. A, B and C are repaired. Building D is just awful! We got room 427. Without a balcony, without a refrigerator, with a TV that remembers the times of Ataturk. In addition, as it turned out later, he worked without sound, he had no sound at all. There was not a single hanger in the closet (they were given to us on the third day, after repeated entries in some kind of magazine at the reception). Plumbing is dead, constantly flowing water in the toilet. The water in the shower was not regulated - either boiling water or cold. One socket per room and one for TV. After talking with vacationers, we learned that in order to check into a good room, you have to pay extra in cash at the reception. We decided not to contact them anymore.
RESTAURANT. It's hard to call this place a restaurant. Public catering. There wasn't enough room for everyone. They ran with plates looking for someone who had already eaten and left. Tables were wiped badly or not wiped at all. A couple of times I came across forks and knives which, it seems, have not been washed. There was dry food. The food is monotonous. All inclusive is a strong word. They gave 1 plum / pear / apple in 1 hand. 2 slices of watermelon, no more!!! ! 1 peach!!! ! Horror!!!!
I will not visit this hotel again. And I don't recommend it.
