The negative began from the first hours of arrival! They brought us to a completely different hotel (not even in Kemer, but in Kirish) and began to prove to everyone that you were here ...Fortunately, there were 9 of us, and the bus driver failed to argue with us (although he turned on the fool and said that he completely unaware). Later it turned out that this is a constant practice of this hotel. The owner has 2 hotels - Anita Kemer Noch Hotel in Kemer and Anita Dream Hotel in Kirish (turpravda. ua/tr/kemer/Anita_Dream_Hotel-h11313.html). And since there are fewer people who want to Dream (well, the hotel itself is 4 times more there), then everyone is forcibly taken there (moreover, TUI representatives are aware and "in the share").
After more than an hour of waiting, disputes and calls to the representative office of the tour operator, we were finally taken to the purchased hotel. We arrived there by 7.00 (this is taking into account that the arrival in Turkey is at 3.30). They said that there are no places before check-out (until 14.00). After 14.00 they tried to settle in a building without repair (there are 4 buildings, D - without repair) in a room without a balcony (although the standard with a balcony was paid).
After another dispute, they gave me the key to the room in the A-building - small, but normal with air conditioning, 32" telecom and a small refrigerator.

The hotel has no territory, 2 swimming pools (one of which is in the dining area). The beach also does not have its own and an agreement with any, too. To the public beach 5 minutes, sunbeds for $ 2.
Because of covid-19, you can’t pick up food yourself, the employees pour it - rice and pasta pour heartily, the rest needs to be begged or approached several times (which, given the constant queues, is not a very pleasant idea). If you arrive 30 minutes before the end of your meal, much of the food may no longer be available. The waiters, often with dissatisfied muzzles, give out food with an air as if you were taking away their portion from them ...

In general, if this is the situation in terms of nutrition this year in many hotels (even 5 *) - we talked with other vacationers, then the attitude spoils everything!
I do not recommend the hotel, despite the fact that we are not too demanding and spoiled tourists ...
