I returned from the L'ancora Beach Hotel 4 *, which is located in Kemer, and I can say that I got into the epicenter of disgusting horror and noise, I have never rested so terribly in my life! Also, I was embarrassed in front of my husband because it took me so long to persuade him to go on such a lazy vacation, as a result he was disgusting! We could not stay calmly on the beach for a single minute, and in general there was not a single place in the hotel where one could find peace. Everywhere it was noisy, disgusting, both in the hotel and across the road - noise. When I asked at the reception to move us to another room, we were moved, but after a big scandal. At the reception they told me that they did not understand Russian, then I switched to English and clearly explained that I would now start writing on the Internet about their service in all languages that I know. I was told that it was not their noise, but the noise opposite. Okay, noise across the road, since there is a disco, trouble, well, okay, but there is a bar on the territory of the hotel where there was live music, a huge number of Russian guests gathered there in the evenings. In a hotel, for example, 2000 people are resting, 50 people gathered at the bar in the evenings, who screamed there, and the whole rest was subordinated to these 50 people who drink until they pass out, yell, snatch the microphone from "live music", in general, such a shame for $ 1000 I have never received it and never will again. When we were moved to another room, they warned that nothing would change from this, but still, it got a little better, that is, so I had three epicenters of noise, and there were two left, it didn’t make it much easier. They settled us in a normal time, they didn’t make us wait until 14:00, I still went through the rooms, because one was above the fish market, from which it stank, I categorically didn’t want that room, then they put us in a room where the city street was across the road disco, which worked seven days a week until 2 am. It was terrible. And there was nowhere to save, i. e. . you come to the beach - they turn on the music at full volume, the words of these songs "we all love sex, we all love drugs", I listened, listened, then went to the bar and said that I would sue them, that they were producing drug propaganda , asked if they even understood what they were singing about. . . I was told that they did not understand, to which I suggested that they put songs in English so that they would understand. . . In short, there is no limit to indignation. . . People are not measured, we rested in October, I was not the first time in Kemer in the fall, but I have never seen such a number of people, such horror. In general, we lost time, lost money and got nervous so that. . . words cannot describe. I have never rested so badly in my life. The food was normal, restrained, calm. Not so tasty and wonderful, but not so bad. There was no special offer. Territory in the hotel does not exist. When you go down from the room, there is a bar downstairs, where drinking is constant, then you take 20 steps - the beach. There, some women called the police, because in the bar on the beach until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning the music was playing. Maybe this hotel would be interesting for young people, but I want to note that 80% of the vacationers were elderly people, on some kind of crutches, some kind of sick, elderly, this also led to a certain despondency. And with such a contingent, arranging drunken orgies is something. I have already got used to the fact that in those places where we went there was a decent atmosphere, but here.... I don’t understand at all where we ended up, there was a very low level of culture and everything was terrible. In general, when choosing a hotel, I wanted it to be the first line and that the hotel was not very far from the center. I looked at the map so that it was in Kemer and opted for it, which I regretted very much. The beach is cramped, people sit on each other's heads, I have never seen anything like this, there must be at least 5 cm distance between the sunbeds, it's not pleasant. It was my mistake that I chose this hotel, perhaps the travel agent would not have recommended it to me. . There was a pool, but it never worked. There are few children in the hotel, mostly elderly people. There was no animation, every other day there was live music, people came who sang “don’t rub salt on my wound” and “how delightful evenings are in Russia”, the Russian guests there all howled with them, drunk women grabbed a microphone and yelled like that. . . that in the room I covered my ears with two pillows, despite the fact that I was wearing earplugs. . and it didn't help, I still wanted to scream. . from pain) When you are 60 years old, and your husband is 67, you want to relax in the room in the evening, and not go somewhere from this horror, which began at 9 pm. . . The guide was also extremely unfriendly at the hotel, we did not use their services. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This is sad sadness!
