Hello!! ! I read all the previous reviews and just couldn't help but leave my own. I rested in this hotel with a friend from 01.07. 12 to 09.07. 12 and I can say they were satisfied with the rest. The purpose of our holiday is to learn as much as possible about the country, culture, local attractions and therefore spent quite a bit of time at the hotel. However!! ! Like the hotel itself, the room that we got and the staff did not cause us any negative emotions, but only positive ones. They settled almost immediately, it was necessary to wait a bit until they cleaned up after the previous tenants. The staff is polite, no one snapped, all our wishes were carefully listened to and, if possible, fulfilled. The room is clean, yes of course there was no curtain in the shower, but why is it there? Everything in the tile drains, in addition to both in the shower itself and in the bathroom floor. We only cleaned our room if we wanted to. Two single beds. Sheets are clean, 2 clean towels each. The air conditioner is working, though without a remote control, but since we have a brain and hands, we figured out how it can work without it. The safe service is provided for a fee, but we calmly left documents and money in the room. Nobody entered our room without us. As for nutrition. They fed well, if something ended, they immediately brought a new one. Once we arrived from an excursion at 21:00 (dinner from 19:30 to 21:00), we thought everything had already been removed and we would remain hungry, but no. They even brought us clean plates and we ate in peace. We have never had anywhere to sit down to eat. As soon as someone got up, they immediately removed the dirty dishes, wiped the table and you can already sit down and eat calmly. I can’t say anything about the bar, I have never used it for all the time. I don’t know, maybe the staff changed this year, maybe we didn’t find fault much, or maybe we were just lucky, but we liked everything and if we go to Turkey again, then only to this hotel. One tip! do not buy excursions from tour operators, if you go out into the city you can find much cheaper from local agencies, you just need to know who to take from. I will be happy to answer all questions regarding the hotel and the purchase of inexpensive excursions! : )
