We went to this hotel on the recommendation of our agent and did not regret it. The rest turned out great, the room is clean, everything works, cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar every day. A baby cot was already waiting for us in the room by our arrival, there are high chairs in the restaurants. Food for every taste, very varied, a lot of meat, cheeses, fish. There is a separate diet and children's table. From the children's menu there were buckwheat, rice, Hercules, boiled vegetables, chicken and beef, as well as children's yoghurts, like Rastishka, and milkshakes, milk. Also, if needed, it was possible to take canned purees for the little ones. There are enough bars on the territory, 5 a la carte restaurants, of which only two can dine for free. But we didn’t get to them, because the abundance of dishes in an ordinary restaurant suited us. The staff is friendly, efficient, many Russian speakers. The territory of the hotel is large, green, there are enough pools, the beach is pebble and in the sea too, it is better to swim in special shoes. On the beach, the hotel administration asks not to take out glassware, but unfortunately, not everyone fulfills this request, and therefore they noticed glass fragments between pebbles a couple of times. Although the staff at the end of the day cleans the beach, but not thoroughly. Of the minuses: the work of Wi-Fi is not clear, it does not work everywhere, You can watch YouTube, but Viber knocks out. The pool stinks of chlorine, the dishes were broken or not washed. The hotel is friendly to cats, but letting them jump on tables or sit next to a pile of clean dishes is unacceptable in my opinion. And so there are no more comments, I liked everything. Many families with small children of different nationalities. There is a desire to come back here again.
