I traveled (23 years old) with my parents, from May 14 to May 23.2019 for 9 nights and 10 days.

We arrived at the hotel at 18:00, filled out the documents and we were immediately given the key to the room in Park Poom across the street from the hotel. (We knew that we took a room across the road and specifically did not overpay from a tour agent for a standard room in the main hotel). We went to see the room: the room had two single beds and one bunk bed that could accommodate children under 12 years old, I was not impressed by the prospect of sleeping in such a bed, and we returned to the reception and asked to change the room. For an additional fee, we were moved to a three-story building with a sea view! The room is large and spacious.
The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed too.
Food:
We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant (Fesalis) every day there was a lot of meat and fish. The food is very varied.
Mussels, shrimps, one day there were quails, from fish there were: halibut, perch, salmon, mackerel. Lots of potatoes, noodles, various cheeses, Turkish sausage, ham, dumplings, ravioli, stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, lasagna. A huge variety of pastries, pies, vegetables, fruits. There were honeycombs, jams, yogurts. Diet and children's menu.
We usually dined pizza from 12-16 near the water park (in the evening it turned into a Sandal fish restaurant)

Ice cream from 14-17 (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and a couple of days there was lemon)
