The worst vacation, I have never seen such 4 *, and the tour operator painted everything so well and showed photos of another Larissa hotel. Who was my surprise when I arrived there, even on the bracelet the name of some other hotel. We arrived with a child at 22:00 in the evening, it was already dark and we did not particularly consider what and how. This hotel has two buildings, one with an elevator and one without. We were naturally settled which without, and on the 4th floor, and I arrived with a three-year-old child. When we entered the room, I was shocked to say the least (see photo). I went to the reception to ask for another room, told all the shortcomings, to which they told me it couldn’t be and was refused, they said there were no rooms and come in the morning. I came in the morning, but again they refused, although more than one person told me that that night they moved to a building with an elevator for money. I went to the owner and three days later they moved us, of course, the room was also not very good, but at least the toilet was not broken, the sink was not broken and there was no water in the shower, new towels and pillows without stains and lumps. I generally keep quiet about cleaning, there is none! In order to clean the room, you need to leave applications, and on the territory no applications will help. The tiles near the pool have never been washed, the tables are dirty, at the bar always? smelled. Toilets and outdoor showers leave a lot to be desired. The Internet is paid and unfortunately it catches well only in the lobby, our room was on the left side, there it does not catch at all. The food was monotonous, we were not hungry, but it was impossible to eat sausage and meat, my child ate only pasta every day. About the sea, it’s really not far to go to it, but it’s really warm, but it’s not possible to enter it without special slippers, large cobblestones covered with small prickly shells that you can cut yourself on. There aren't enough beds for everyone. Therefore, we went to another beach either by bus or on foot for about 30 minutes. Of course, it’s very good there, but we were there just a couple of times, because you don’t stay much with a small child in the heat. On the plus side, a nice pool. My vacation was brightened up by the people I met there, if not for them, it would have been completely sad. No matter how positive you are, everything is sad in your soul from such a holiday. I tried to relax and have fun, but alas.... although we were probably still lucky, the last two days of our vacation could not accommodate arriving guests for days, there were simply no places, they offered to go to another hotel for one day, and leave things in the lobby, no one said to the question of who would look after them. . .
