A great desire to remove a couple of stars from the facade of this disgusting place. Terrible hotel, zero service. The condition of the rooms, bed linen, plumbing leaves much to be desired. The sheets are torn, the towels are earthy in color (previously they were apparently white). The description of the hotel states that there is carpeting, a refrigerator, a bar. There is none of this and there never was. The vile bathhouse attendants overcame from the very arrival, but having successfully received an advance payment for a massage, they stop paying attention. I had a bitter experience to pay for 7 sessions, 2 of which I visited, I could not attend further because I had an allergy. I asked a guy with a goatee to refund me $100 for a massage that I can't attend. To which he replied we do not return the money. After there were several attempts on my part to return my money, but all without success. I would like to say a separate word about the restaurant. I have never seen a worse place. Dirty tablecloths, lack of eternal plates and forks, queues for food. Another entertainment is the lack of light, for which the hotel administration does not consider it necessary to apologize. When asked when they will give light, they answer - why, so good. Terrible place I would not recommend to anyone.
